I love that you can search by measurements which include the frame height! I didn't realize this on the first pair that I purchased and the return process went smoothly. The try on feature could be improved by having a way to accurately size the frames compared to the face. When I did the virtual try on, the glasses fitted themselves to the image of my face, but were much too large when I received them. The pictures of the glasses on a mannequins face are helpful to see the frame height.

Purchase seemed seamless. First I'm hearing of your company. I hope the glasses are authentic and in original Versace packaging. If not, I like your return policy! I'm optimistic

I love that when you rollover an eyeglass image, the sizing appears. Huge time saver. One of the best search menus for glasses online.

I recently purchased tinted transition lenses from them, I must say I went to 5 local optical stores and no one was able to do for me what I wanted. I saw them on Instagram and wanted the exact lenses they showcased and no one could get it done for me. I reached out to them and right away they were very confident and were able to fit me into the lenses for my prescription.

I also got the frames from them aswell because from the optical near me they wanted $550 and Eyespecs had it for $299.95 quite a bargain if you ask me. They kept me updated on my whole order from start to finish with notifications about the status of my order, took about 8 days from order to be delivered which is extremely fast for anyone who’s ever purchased glasses before. My local optical takes about 1-2 weeks for basic lenses and the fact that Eyespecs.com got it to me within quicker time frame then that AND Tinted transition lenses is surreal and let’s not forget this is all done online from the convenience of my home.

Once receiving the glasses I must say the prescription is…PERFECT!! I mean RU KIDDING. I see better from Eyespecs Essilor lenses then from lenses I’ve ever worn before from going to the optical stores and having there staff measure me etc. They are the real deal and customer service is top notch.
