Extreme Kartz have been amazing
Extreme Kartz have been amazing to work with. I had some questions for the support staff prior to purchase and they got back to me quickly. I made my purchase of EB Power AC kit (600A) and Eco Battery (48v 105Ah) and it arrived quickly and packing was great. Products have been great so far.

I ordered a carbon fiber dash for a Club Car 2021 onward. The product had arrived looked right, but did not fit without cutting multiple ribs on the golf cart upon culture examination of the box. The manufacturer had labeled it as a dash for a precedent model club car. I’ve sent pictures and describe my complaint multiple times and no one has authorized return shipping and offered to send me the correct part. The Customer Service department seems to be an empty office.

Extreme Kartz was easy to work with
Extreme Kartz was easy to work with and I confirmed my choices before ordering to ensure all the right components were accounted for. I had one tech question which the support team addressed and provided good examples. We have taken the Cart on a test ride prior completely reassembling and it really does perform much better then the Lead Acid batteries.

Once you confirmed the cancellation request, our team immediately contacted the manufacturer to try to stop the order. Unfortunately, it had already been locked into their shipping process and could no longer be cancelled. Because many of our products ship directly from manufacturers and distributors, cancellation requests are not always guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment, even when they are submitted quickly.
As soon as we learned the shipment could not be stopped, we let you know and offered to help process a return once the part arrived. We understand that this was not the outcome you wanted, and we’re sorry the experience left you dissatisfied with our customer service.
We appreciate the opportunity to explain what happened transparently and remain available to assist with the return process.
Long awaited build looks Great!
After many weeks of looking at golf cart upgrades all over the Web, I found the wheels that I liked and called Extreme Kartz. I wanted a specific size tire on my lifted Club Car.
My sales rep was extremely informative and patient helping me to get the exact height, width, and a great quality tire. The tires, already mounted on my new rims, arrived in a timely manner in good shipping boxes! Everything looks great on the Cart! Thanks!!

Great communication from start to finish.
This was the second item I have recently purchased from Extreme Kartz. The first item was a tinted windshield for my golf cart which I installed myself. The most recent item was an Eco Lithium battery to replace the cell batteries for another cart.
From start to finish(receiving the battery and all the components and hardware including the rental of the tech tool for programming battery/controller) was a smooth process. The communication between us was prompt and reassuring. The completion of the battery transition was done seamlessly with no problems whatsoever by the golf cart company that did the installation.
Will use Extreme Kartz for future purchasing of golf cart accessories!

Wow these guys are the BEST!
Wow . I loved working with Extreme Kartz. Their employees are very knowledgeable and very patient with me as I had 100 questions. Because of this we bought our new Bolt 48V Lithium battery through them. Shipping was fast and professional.
Install went perfect and although we didn't need it , I know they were available for questions if we did.

Amazing customer service!
I had purchased a battery and a mirror for my golf cart. Shipping was quick and everything arrived in a timely manner. However, my security camera captured video of the delivery diver throwing my package and breaking the mirror. I reached out and within minutes I had an email response. They asked for a couple pictures of the damage. Once those were submitted I received an email confirming my “purchase” and tracking for a new mirror being sent up. Was the easiest replacement/exchange I have ever been involved in.
