Deliverables and expectations were often unclear but I genuinely learned so much through this experience

I'm doing my 5th externship with Extern, and I can tell that from the application process to onboarding, Extern has simplified the process for a total newbie like me who was seeking international job experience Extern has been a great company not only because of their user centric platform but the opportunity they give to entry level talents to build their career by working with different host company and garnering experience to flourish in their careers. I've grown a lot, and I'm proud and grateful for the opportunity.

I enjoyed the whole externship experience with Extern and HP Tech Ventures, from the user friendly and easy application process, to the flexibility of the schedule, the onboarding at the start of the externship, the various training materials provided before each project, the manager and company meetings, and the offboarding upon completion were exceptional.

Extern also offers career resources and support after the externship which I found to be incredible!

Amazing experience with paragon one

I had the chance but even more pleasure to work with Happysneez on issues related to women's health, during this externship I conducted in-depth market studies, analyzes and created partnership strategies for Happy sneez. I spent time doing research, we were supported by the guides, but above all I LEARNED, the sky is our limit.
