Outstanding customer service, with prompt replies and concrete solutions to any issues. The device itself is very easy to use. The app is very well constructed and gives clear instructions at every step of the process. I only did the test yesterday evening, so i will get the results today, hopefully no issues there. All in all, happy with the experience.

My partner and myself have been trying to convince for around 6 months, as time passed I decided to take a test to check my own fertility. Having tried another test in the past which didn't provide me with an answer, I found ExSeed, I was a little sceptical at first. I think all men should do a fertility test for peace of mind before embarking on the journey of starting a family. This kit was incredibly easy to use with a easy to follow videos through the whole process. I had a few questions along the way and the AI agent had enough information to give me reassurance and the correct details I needed. Simple, easy to use, and very responsive staff.

Great product, and good app, as UX designer I would improve the navigation a little bit but overall is good.

I have tried another simple one in the past, cheaper but then if for some reason you fail the test you trough away the money. Instead, with ExSeed you can buy the refill.

This is by far the best kit on the market. Everything done in your own home that is extremely easy to understand and perform. Absolutely no need to pay private or use the NHS. Put your faith in this and you will not be disappointed. I got my results back in under 2 hours. 2 kits for 85£ is exceptional value for money aswell. Cannot recommend this highly enough
