Great service
Great service. I contacted the company directly, seeking more information as a beginner, about the padel raquet I had researched previously before I purchased. Harvey was great, had lots of patience, knowledgeable with every question asked, and made sure I was happy with my decision. He mentioned I could receive the product the next day if I ordered before 3pm, which I did. Arrived as promised, highly recommend, great communication.

Hi Jill,
Really pleased Harvey could help talk everything through and make choosing your racket feel a bit easier.
There’s a lot to consider when you’re new to padel, so having someone patient on the other end definitely helps. Great to hear it arrived exactly when promised too.
All the best,
Alex
