Excellent service from Express Padel
I owe Express Padel an apology. I mistakenly posted a negative review here after confusing my order with one from a different supplier. Express Padel did not cancel my order, and my earlier review was incorrect.
My experience with Express Padel has been excellent. The service was thoughtful and professional, and Charlotte’s handwritten note with my purchase was a particularly lovely touch. I’m sorry for the confusion and pleased to correct the record. I would happily recommend them.

Really sorry to read this and completely understand why you’d be disappointed.
We’ve checked your order and it’s actually showing as delivered on our side, rather than cancelled, so we’re a little unsure what’s happened here. We’ll be in touch with you directly to get to the bottom of it and make sure everything is cleared up.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention Saeed, and hopefully we can get this sorted quickly for you.

The Padel Adventure Starts Here
Just recently started playing Padel and decided to buy a beginner racket. I chose the Nox X One after looking at the store recommendation and reviews, it was also the lowest price i found online for the X One.
Received the racket the next day and the package also contained a Nox carry bag which was a nice surprise 🙂 will definitely be buying more Padel kit through this website as my Padel journey continues.
The website is easy to use, very good prices and great selection. Many thanks Charlotte 👍
