My comments echo those from other users. They were quickly responsive, told me what to fix in my settings and then had the technical team make sure that the wrong setting was, in fact, the only reason I was having the problem that I identified. A+.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I have had the best experience with customer service. They always respond straightaway even when it is an odd hour or over the weekend. They always follow up to make sure everything is resolved. My last issue took a few hours, and they made sure to also follow up with me via email until everything was resolved.

Their customer service was amazing, I had a question and reached out to them via email and received a reply back very promptly. We had to go back-and-forth quite a few times and they were extremely helpful and very thorough. Followed through all the way to the end until all of my issues were resolved.

Disappointed — No Support and Unexpected Cancellation
I joined ExportYourStore to manage my multichannel listings, but the experience was disappointing. I contacted support several times for urgent syncing issues (that affected my Amazon account), and while waiting for help, they canceled my subscription without warning or resolution.
My shop listings were impacted, I received no meaningful support, and the silence was frustrating. I expected a professional service — but was left handling the fallout on my own.
I don't recommend this tool to serious sellers who need reliable support and transparency. There are better platforms out there for managing cross-listing with actual customer care.
