I haven’t received the product

I haven’t received the product, and further more you haven’t responded to my emails!!! I would now like a refund as I’m very disappointed

The delivery time wasn't too bad…

The delivery time wasn't too bad considering it comes from America.
However, I've been using the system with the gels bought first (didn't know tray wasn't included so ordered tray separately!) For 2 weeks and not seen much difference unfortunately and that's with the 35%.
I also keep reading that these led lights are a gimmick and wont actually help teeth whiten. Apparently it's got to be UV lights that work.

Thank you for you review. You purchased only the tray and LED light only. You did not purchase expertwhite gels, so we are not sure what gel you are using and the efficacy of it. May we recommend that you next purchase the expertwhite gels and try them with the tray and light. We are sure that you will love the results.

Arrived within a couple of weeks

Arrived within a couple of weeks. So lovely to only have to wear for 90 minutes with excellent results. Much less sensitivity than other products.

Really good service

Really good service - took a while to arrive but was given prior information that this may be the case Product works well with no sensitivity - I have really sensitive teeth and ordered 16%.
