Good software but needs improvement

We were disappointed that the prices increase only two months after we started using the service. There were also some fraud issues before the price increased. At least we didn't get charged for a month as we couldn't use the card.
The software could be more user-friendly.

Control and Automation

Expend is a great way to give your employees a payment card whilst retaining control over their expenditure. It provides an automated system for receipt capture, transaction review, approval and automated posting to the accounts system.

The Expend Card is such an easy way to manage expenses!

The Expend Card is such an easy way to pay for and claim expenses. With all the features you'd expect from a modern payment system, contactless purchasing, cash withdrawals etc but the app is a game changer. Fast, intuitive and easy to navigate it was obviously built with the end user in mind and if you do have a question or need a hand getting set up the customer service is second to none!
