They charge you random fees for paying…
They charge you random fees for paying suppliers which aren't explained during onboarding. They don't reply to emails.
The system works fine otherwise but it's quite high in terms of fees levied.
It also takes 4+ weeks to get a card which is very slow.

As our cards are posted with Royal Mail, we recommend 7 working days for card arrival. In terms of fees, we believe we are very competitive and don’t charge random fees for payments to suppliers. A full list of fees and terms is available on our website. If ever you have a query, please contact support, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Simple to use and clear!
This makes everything very clear and simple for allocating expense etc. I also really enjoy that you can split a receipt/invoice over multiple cost codes/departments.

Pretty good! Clean, simple and easy to use. Wish there were a few more customisation emails though, like frequency of reminders for completing expenses etc.

A useful tool
I find the expend card an extremely useful tool when I need something quickly for the business. It keeps track of my receipts so I can see exactly what my spending has been for the month.

Using Expend takes an easily ignored…
Using Expend takes an easily ignored importent employment expectation and makes it non intrusive to the days demands. Whether you religiously use it daily , or collect expenses and submit monthly.
It's so good its made there no excuse for late expense submission.
