We can see your card has previously been locked due to too many incorrect PIN attempts and also had a decline due to exceeding the set transaction limits.
Declines can be for a number of reasons, the most common includes exceeding the spending rules and budgets set by your company Admin or locking the card by entering an incorrect PIN too many times.
Our support chat is available within your mobile app and the online dashboard, so please do get in touch with our team whenever you encounter issues so we can assist you.

Useless app and unhelpful customer service, I contacted your team so many times reporting that my card is blocked for online payment. Why cant you sent me a new card ? Worst experience ever, strongly not recommended.

Helpful, clear and simple. Absolutely brilliant!!
I have found my experience of using my Expend card and app extremely useful, as they are both straight forward and easy to use. I particularly find the app helpful as it gives a clear and visual break down of the expenses I have made, which my line manager can also access when needed.
