The App is good, the emails are a pain
The App is ok, but the countless emails are a pain. Getting reminder emails that say payments "as far back as" earlier the same day is a bit pointless. Personally the reminder could do with being 48hrs+, instead of within 24hrs

Easy but sometimes not so much
It's really easy to use but the latest update made the occasional part surrounding receipts a little more complicated. The app is incredible and makes receipts so much easier -- no more taking a picture on my phone and sending it to my work laptop and then uploading it.

Wonderful time saving,eco pro app
Really great app, all in hand I don't have to keep paper record or receipts anymore as once upload it on the app they are there. App is very easy in use and team who is overlooking it is very accessible and always respond in time very fast. I do recommend it to busy industries.

IT is really easy to use, lets me know when money have been spent on the card or withdrawn
IT is really easy to use, it lets you know when you have spent on the card and when money has been withdrawn. it allows you to see how much you should have left remaining in the outstanding cash which make is easy to keep a track on how much is being spent per week.

I don't like that when i set up category as non-vatable and then when I review expenses for employees and change it to non-vatable category then the VAT comes up anyway

Expend has made it infitely easier for us to deal with all our expense management.
People can use the Expend cards for their expenses, upload their related receipts, the line manager reviews and approves and integration with accounts is automatic. You couldn't ask for a simpler system.
