I recently participated in Hack the Future: The Global Hackathon for Administrative Professionals, and it was a valuable opportunity to learn, collaborate, and think differently about the future of our profession. The session was well-organized, engaging, and relevant to the real changes administrative professionals are navigating, especially around AI, innovation, strategic thinking, and future-ready skills.

What I appreciate most about Executive Support is their commitment to elevating the administrative profession beyond traditional support roles. Their programs challenge admins to think bigger, lead with confidence, and understand the value they bring as strategic partners.

I would highly recommend Executive Support to any administrative professional who wants to continue growing, stay informed, and be part of meaningful conversations about the future of work.

Really enjoyed the Hack. Great collaboration and ideas flowing. Wish we had more time! It was my first Hack and I look forward to joining more in the future. It was really well organised and set up.

The Hackathon was a fantastic experience! Being part of something so big and influential, shaping the future of an entire profession, that was mind blowing. We also had the opportunity to try out brand new tools and technology which was exciting and a bit challenging somethimes but that is how we all learn and grow (together). Fabulous event once more!

I truly enjoyed participating in the Hackathon at the end of March. It was a great experience to connect with Executive Assistants across the APAC region—an opportunity that I found both energizing and inspiring.
The collaborative environment allowed us to exchange diverse perspectives, generate fresh ideas, and work together toward innovative solutions. The sessions were very intense in a positive way, and time flew by quickly, which reflects how engaging the experience was.
One area for improvement would be the onboarding to the collaboration tools. The Miro platform was new to me, and I understand that some other participants also faced a learning curve. While the tutorial video was helpful, it would be even more beneficial to have a short live explanatory session or guided walkthrough in advance. This would help participants feel more confident and enable smoother collaboration from the start.
Overall, it was a very rewarding experience, and I appreciate the opportunity to participate. I look forward to similar events in the future.

Executive Support have provided a great many worthwhile learning experiences, whether it be discussion forums, training opportunities - both face to face and online, and the recent Hackathon. Apart from attempting to learn session technology during the hackathon, my experience has always be amazing and I've thoroughly enjoyed by interactions with Lucy and the team!

First and foremost, this company is a champion for the admin profession! They are constantly providing growth/learning opportunities to keep us current and relevant in our field. Specific to the "Global Hackathon", what a concept, and having tutorials provided ahead of time for the platform we were going to be using, was very helpful. It's this kind of pro-active thinking that I feel truly makes them stand out

I think the platform was a great unknown for all of us and it might have been better to have a bit more of a on-ramp - but maybe it's just me that had the "learning by doing" experience. Our group became dominated by one, which is no one's fault but our own for letting it happen. It was a great event!

We were in the third wave of Hackathons and had fairly significant issues. Some were technical, which cannot always be helped, but some were logistical in nature. The biggest issue for our team was that two of the four members were not added to the team until the beginning of the exercise with one of them not joining until we were about 45 minutes into it. It seemed that since two previous sessions had been completed, ours should have run smoother.

I was honestly a little nervous at first because the conference was smaller than I expected, but it turned out to be such an amazing experience. One of the best parts was getting to know the other ladies on a personal level and hearing about their experiences and careers. I also really enjoyed learning about opportunities outside of state government and seeing all the different agencies and career paths that are out there. The atmosphere was welcoming, encouraging, and inspiring. I left feeling motivated and excited about future opportunities, maybe even landing a job as someone’s personal assistant one day! 😀

I really loved the MDA training with Lucy! She is phenomenal and I have learned valuable things to apply in my role.

The best conference I have ever attended. Lucy was right on target with the topics and the trainings. The room was filled with such amazing women. I am so very glad that I had this opportunity to meet and speak with Lucy - she is a gem and so full of knowledge.

I've had a great 2 days at the Modern Day Assistant course. Lucy is truly inspiring and the content of the course is exactly what I was looking for to wake up the confidence I need to get to the next step in my career!

If I need to find 1 remark on the course it would be the powerpoint presentation, we talked about the importantce of branding and the content of the course is absolutely great but the format of the presentation does not reflect that.

I found the course very informative. It provided valuable insights into different platforms and how they align with specific tasks for Executive Assistants. I greatly appreciate the clear explanations and the opportunity for hands-on experience, which made the content practical and easy to understand.

It was an intense and insightful experience and I was honoured to learn from one of the most important voices within admin professional work.

In the last couple of months I have attended the ACEA course, ES Live conference and the Modern Day Assistant course. All were exceptional. Lucy Brazier is truly inspiring.

These two days were insightful, touching, energizing and motivating. I have learned so much and I have met so many amazing people! This community (I did not know I had) means a world to me now!

It was great to come together as EAs and celebrate US as it is so rare still to this day.
It was great seeing how other EAs work.
Day 1 was great, however the 2 hour workshops felt a bit too long. Day 2 having 45min sessions were amazing though.
