Exceptional Garden Arvostelua 

Ordered a tent in July and had nothing. Email to main contact point doesn't work. No answer on main phone contact number. If you use the main website to message then emails are returned from scam addresses. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

Just as the most recent reviews have said, this website is a scam. I purchased a tent for £399.99 and never received a confirmation email or receipt or any kind of order number. I tried to call the number on the website but it is just a mobile number that rings out every time. I used the email contact option and received an email from someone with a French name assuring me everything would be fine and I'd receive a confirmation email soon but of course I never did. I waited 15 days as advised by my bank but no tent arrived, and fortunately I was able to get my money back via charge back. Not sure how this website is still here!

I was offered a tent box for less than £600 suspicious when they're well over 1k. I queried it via their customer support and the reply was from a French guy with a dodgy Gmail address which isn't a legitimate email as you would expect a company email of course? Anyway a quick visual check and AI scan confirms this is likely to be a scam so stay well clear. The old saying if it's too good to be true it usually is!

This site has been hacked and has been taken over by a USA based scammer. The contact details no longer work/ exist.

I can highly recommend Exceptional Gardens.. their customer service team was easy to get hold of by e mail and phone.. They contacted me promptly with guidance about the courier company, after liaising with them directly.. so that I could arrange delivery when back from holiday. The Riverco Angled love seat is of a high quality. .very well made and competitively priced.. in fact a local garden centre was selling the exact same seat for nearly £30 more.. would certainly not hesitate to use them again

These guys were great, I phoned for advice prior to ordering and they were so helpful and friendly. They also had the best price I found after my chiminea research. The item turned up the next day. Great service, would happily use them again.

I had to wait a while for this item but that was fine as I was kept informed most of the way. What I was not informed about however is that this item arrives in 2 parts and there are no screws provided for you to put those parts together.
