Second time I’ve used Excellent Service cleaning and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Absolutely perfect both times. Would recommend to everyone.

Booked a deep clean of a 3 bed property that had not been properly clean in 25 years. Abubakr and his team did a phenomenal job in very difficult circumstances, entrenched mould and grime gone from all very difficult areas. Booking process and communication was very fast and easy. Thank you!

They cleaned our new house which was left filthy by the previous owners and they left it spotless. Very happy with the service and the quality of the clean. The booking process was very easy.

Edit: Since posting this review the company has reached out. They have proven that they do care massively about their customer satisfaction.
Despite the clean being 24 days ago (and my review being late reflecting this) they offered a free re-clean of the property. Unfortunately I no longer have access to the property and they have instead offered a partial refund for the areas that I have evidenced they have missed.
I have updated my review only due to feeling that they have gone above and beyond in trying to resolve this matter for me. Had I reached out earlier I imagine they would've done everything they could do then also.

Original: Requested a deep clean, got a quote. When they turned up they added an additional, rather large amount. I accepted, paid the original invoice and paid the remaining amount after the job was complete. Should've thoroughly inspected the cleaning (partially my fault, but you expect a good clean for that price) as lots was missed. They said they will come back within 24 hours to re-clean any bits missed, but my end of tenancy inspection was 3 days after. As a result I lost a decent chunk of my deposit due to lack of cleaning.

Both the customer service team and the cleaning crew were incredibly professional and supportive. The entire process, from getting a quote to scheduling the appointment and arranging payment, was seamless and hassle-free. The cleaning quality was fantastic, and their quote was unbeatable (nearly half the price compared to other companies). Highly recommended!

Absolutely excellent service, just as their name suggests! I was worried about putting my flat up for sale because it hadn't been deep cleaned in over four years. When I saw the finished result, I was amazed. Every room was spotless, and I was especially impressed with how they removed all the limescale from the bathrooms—they looked like new.

I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning for my flat with Excellent Services Company at very short notice because my flight was scheduled for the same day. Honestly, the service exceeded all my expectations. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish.

Nothing excellent about this service. Charged my landlord for a professional end of tenancy clean and only performed a domestic clean. Make sure you check do your quality checks because they will charge you for work they haven't done.

EDIT: Following my review, I was contacted by the company who threatened legal action if this review wasnt removed within 24 hours. My review stands and is supported by photographic evidence.

UPDATE: After unsuccessfully trying to have my review removed, the company followed up and offered a gesture of goodwill to resolve this matter which I have accepted.

The cleaning was perfect and the quotation was fairly reasonable! They arrived right on time, did a thorough job, and even sent a video after the cleaning was finished. I highly recommend Xarib and his team

I had my end-of-tenancy cleaning done by the Excellent Services team, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for their hard work and professionalism. They did an outstanding job, leaving the property in immaculate condition. Very much sub standard. So many cupboards left dusty. Non functioning Fire place still had so much ash when I came back to check . Carpet cleaning didn’t take out many stains (although that is acceptable as it’s hard).

They however did clean dishwasher gutter and kitchen hood well.

The cleaning quality was exceptional, everyone was really helpful from the booking to the day of the job. All communication was clear and the process was super simple. Would definitely recommend!
