The worst delivery service ever. They changed a delivery date a few times and I haven not received my order yet.
Customer service is not functional at all, almost does not exist.
Avoid using of this delivery company by any means.

Ordered through eBay 13th April. Order acknowledged and advised ready for courier Evri then, I got expected delivery dates that changed (5 times).
It's now 20th and NO DELIVERY.

Is this the third time they've delayed my delivery?

I don't even think of giving 1 star. Your driver left the parcel in the front of the door. What could actually fit through the letter box. And hours later is bee stolen. So who is going to give me the money back? I got cctv so I know what I'm talking about

Unfortunately EVRY should give up, they are delivery time is always late, please give up, as its soo frustrating for costumers,,

Terrible company that has “Don’t care” as their motto from top down. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy trauma and headaches for long periods of time.

I’ve waited to write this review because it’s that bad it’s hard to get my head around it. It started off when I ordered a garden scarifier from vonhaus via Amazon. When it arrived a few days later I realised that I would probably be better off with the smaller one, so I thought I’ll return this unused, and unpacked one. When I receive my refund I’ll order the smaller one, easy, or so I thought.

I went on the Amazon website, then vonhaus and from there was sent to Evri returns. The form I filled in, return date etc, printed off the label taped it to the box to be picked up 25/02/2025. Nothing happened, no pickup.
Went on to the Evri computer generated farce to ask why my parcel wasn’t picked up and was told that it would be the next day, 26/02/2025.
If my parcel wasn’t picked up by 13.00 the next day they would escalate my problem somewhere. I was told to contact the non existent customer service again
When the parcel was not collected again the next day, I was asked how I would like to be contacted, because they were escalating my case, by email or by phone.
I thought finally I’m getting somewhere a human being is going to contact me, and so I gave my phone number. This was the second time my case was escalated to somewhere or someone else. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED VIE PHONE OR EMAIL
Unfortunately the next time I contacted the Evri computer generated farce and gave all my details again I was told they couldn’t find my parcel in the warehouse, and had escalated it to someone at a warehouse in Manchester.

The parcel was still sitting in my hallway waited to be picked up.

Twice I informed them it was sitting in my hallway waiting to be collected.
Unbelievably this happened again the next time I tried to contact them, then I was told to use a different courier service.

I would like a human being to tell me why I have been treated so badly?

I have screen shots of the computer generated correspondence, and I know you will have them on your system.

EVRI returns policy what an absolute joke.

I suppose you will be happy to know I’ve given up trying to return the item I didn’t won’t. I have used it once then sold it on, at a considerable loss.

No, I really mean it! Because after reading the 91% One Star reviews, I was preparing myself never to see my parcel! I did not choose Evri - the eBay seller uses them. Lesson learned, in future I will try and avoid merchants that use Evri.

This company need closing down they are shocking i have everything sent to work so why try deliver at 8pm, needed it for the weekend now not coming till after the week end i hate this company and will be stopping ordering now from companys who use evry ?

WROTE TO EVRI CEO MARTIJN De LANGE , ABOUT A MISSING VALUABLE FROM THIER DEPOT. NO REPLY.
JUST GET THROUGH TO ROBOTS AT EVRI.
LIE SAYING THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU, SAID VALUABLE WENT MISSING ON THIER PROPERTY BUT NOT EVEN LOOKING FOR IT

Please do not use these, they have lost a 2k parcel, will only insure for 1k.

Now got to wait 28 days to see if they will compensate half the value of the lost parcel.

Absolutely useless. Customer service none existent and really couldn't care less.

Please, ring door bell. Leaving parcels at front door when we are in is not good as there are a lot of robberies at the moment.

Worst delivery company ever! Left my parcel at an unknown door, thank god we've got a Ring doorbell as proof of no delivery.

Never again. They left my parcel on the street and marked it as "left at the porch." Useless company. I had to drive back late Saturday night to the company to prevent anyone from stealing it.

I purchased an item from Aliexpress, and it was delivered to EVRI for delivery for delivery i am still waiting, and after numerous messages, they still cannot give me any idea where my parcel is now i know why they changed the name from hermes to EVRI but they are still rubbish.

Terrible service. The drivers never deliver the package directly to the person concerned but leave it unattended on the ground floor of the block, and it is promptly stolen.

Material is comfy, but ordered my regular size and they were too big! I purchased for the tummy control and there is none. Now I just own 2 pair of panties that don’t serve the purpose intended! Disappointed 😔

STILL NO PARCEL STILL NO RESPONSE FROM EVRI!!
Was informed my parcel was being delivered on Sunday 19TH January 2025 dident arrive, contacted "Customer Services" requested a call back to find out what was going on ......Wednesday 22nd January 2025 now still no parcel and no call back from Evrir...absolutely useless company don't understand why any company's use them for their delivery's !!😡
