Kay is always super friendly, helpful & knowledgable. Highly recommend Eviivo as i've been using them for over 8 years. And Kay is a fantastic customer service assistant!

Seifeddine was a great help from Evvivo they have a great team thank you for your guidance and thank you for your patience I have dyslexia so tasks can be dauting Seifeddine took over and did what needed to be done your a star :)

During my initial period of learning about Eviivo and how it links out to booking.com etc Bodgan was fantastic, if you're joining Eviivo ask for him for your onboarding period.

Today I had a query and Kay was really helpful and friendly

Orj was very calm and talked me through the process step by step and understood that I was finding the process difficult.
I felt listened to and understood. I came away from the call feeling like I'd got somewhere with the rates system.

Tristan was extremely helpful and got the problem solved

Wir arbeiten seit einiger Zeit mit eviivo und sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Bedienung ist übersichtlich, viele Prozesse lassen sich deutlich vereinfachen und sparen im Alltag viel Zeit – gerade im Hotelbetrieb ein großer Vorteil.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Verwaltung von Buchungen und die gute Anbindung an verschiedene Portale. Auch der Support ist freundlich und bemüht, bei Fragen weiterzuhelfen.

Natürlich gibt es hier und da noch kleinere Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, aber insgesamt ist eviivo für uns eine große Unterstützung im täglichen Geschäft.

Service client ? Ça ne doit pas exister chez eviivo. Réservation annulée par les plateformes (expédia, booking…) mais pas sur l’agenda de eviivo, donc impossible à remettre en location, et comme par hasard souvent les veilles de fêtes. Donc perte sèche, et bien sûr, aucun geste commercial sur la tarification . Donc si vous voulez perdre de l’argent et payer pour très peu allez-y, sinon choisissez un autre Channel manager.

They answered the phone straight away and did their best to resolve my issue.

I’ve been using Eviivo since the very beginning, and I’ve found it incredibly helpful. One of the things I appreciate most is how they’re constantly improving the system, making it more user-friendly and comfortable to use. Very often, they introduce features that I would have suggested myself. I love the new tag update!

This week, Carla Atzeri assisted me with adding a new property, and the whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. I truly couldn’t recommend Eviivo more.

Ha sido facil la activación de eviivo con Angelo sus consejos sobre la industria y la lo facil que es utilizar el sofware.

Au départ le service commercial est très présent pour vous faire adhérer mais quand il y a des soucis c'est toujours compliqué d'avoir quelqu'un sans compter que comme par hasard ce n'est jamais le bon service!!!
Après plusieurs soucis je suis partie de chez eux et là gros problème pour se faire payer des réservations restantes. (Déjà qu'ils payent seulement 30 jours après le départ des clients!!!) Là ils me doivent encore 500€ de réservations datant du mois de juin2025!!!!
Je me bats depuis des mois (appels, mail...) soit sans réponses soit que je vais être payé le mois suivant et bien sûr rien du tout!!!
Et maintenant ils ne trouvent pas les dites réservations ( alors que je leurs ai fournis ) ou même que les gens avaient annulés .
Donc moi je les trouve et pas eux c'est vraiment se moquer du monde.
Surtout ne pas commencer avec eux !!!!!

My credit card was checked by Eviio without any provided reference.
I contact their chat line which was unable to determine why a manual check had been made. In over 30yrs of making travel reservations I have never before experienced an card check which appears to be fraudulent and yet this company had no interest in protecting themselvestheir client or myself.

I would like to recognise Sam for the excellent support provided. Sam has always been professional, patient, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Communication has been clear and prompt, and Sam has consistently taken the time to ensure that any issues or questions were properly resolved.

Working in hospitality, it is extremely valuable to have reliable support from partners, and Sam has made our experience with the platform much smoother. Their knowledge of the system and willingness to help is greatly appreciated.

When I phone Eviivo and speak to Sam I always know my issues will be dealt with instantly in a very professional manner. Sam makes everything easy to understand and has a lovely way with people.

Super helpful and got me the information I needed very quickly! I was on hold for a little bit of time, but other than that they were super quick and helpful

This is the second time Sam has helped us with some eviivo technical issues. One issue was more complicated with the connection of one of our rooms linking to booking.com, Sam was great at communicating how he was trying to rectify the issue and when it became quite complicated he arranged to allow me to hang up whilst he continued to work on the issue. He called me twice over a two day period to keep us updated until the issue was resolved. He was fantastic
