The ordering and delivery was great my only complaint was i asked for 24hr notice to unlock the gate and tank but never got it but as luck had it i was there to unlock otherwise it would have been a wasted journey for them.

Extremely Poor Service, No Communication
Extremely Poor Service. I ordered my Kerosene for Delivery on or before 9th of September. The 9th came and went. I phoned on the 10th, no reply. Phoned again on the 12th, to be told they had driver / lorry issues, but didn't think to ring, to say they wasn't coming. Promised that the delivery would arrive by the 13th before 12. Couldn't stick to that promise, arrived at 2pm. I'll use a local company going forward, these have terrible customer service & communication.

Didn’t deliver when they were meant to, never called to say they were going to be late. However when I called to establish when I was going to get a delivery the customer service was very helpful
