Everything Genetic Ltd Arvostelua 

Ordered a 2 day holiday PCR before flying out and the kit was waiting upon my return sent the test off the next day and result received within 24 hours - very efficient and happy to recommend friends family and colleagues.

No access to my invoice
Nothing can I do to get a copy of my invoice
Passwords and ermails are forgotten after 7 days
Will not use these again

Since my review Everything Genetic have supplied an invoice within 12 hours so now all good and they have said they will look into how this happened.
The customer service department clearly works well and as such I have updated my rating

This company (actually three associated companies -- Everythinggenetics, Hughes & Fastchecks) is a lesson on how not to run a business. The guidance was not good and parts contradicted themselves. There were too many QR Codes (at last one not even necessary). The e-form allows you to submit when important information is left out (this is not the case with most e-forms!!) and you cannot go back and correct or add information. Even the Reg. No will not work again. The customer service for Everythinggenetic was singularly unhelpful and Fastcheck has no customer service at all. For the elderly, who are less tech savvy, I would say give this company a miss.

We received our test kits very quickly and was very impressed with the service, Also the test results arrived very promptly..would recommend to anyone!

Very efficient service. The test kit arrived promptly as did the results. The instructions were clear to follow.
It was easy to place the order and I was impressed when offered a refund and replacement test kit as the rules changed shortly after we had received the kit and before our holiday.

I didn't believe that I would get a callback soon, but Colleen called promptly and was very friendly and helpful. She understood my concerns immediately and stayed with me until everything was fixed. She also explained the next steps very well. Great customer service!

I recently got a PCR test which came out as Neutral and had to urgently re-do the test. A guy called Edward helped me a lot as he understood how urgent it was to get the new test kit delivered and he escalated things so I can receive my new kit the following day. Thank you very much to Edward who was incredibly supportive and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The instructions and the QR code don’t match up. It asks you to take a video but doesn’t give you the option to add it. And then the cherry on top, the results come back as ‘result strip is missing’ despite the result strip picture clearly being taken and attached. If I hadn’t have found this website on the gov website I would 100% say it was a scam. £60 thrown in the bin.

Absolute rubbish. Received lateral flow test and followed instructions. Test was negative (yes, we do know what a negative test looks like as we’ve done dozens of lateral flow tests in the last 18 months) so we took a photo as requested and submitted it to Fasterchecks. About an hour later (not 15 minutes as they claim), we received an email to say that the test was positive and that we should buy a PCR test! Amateurs!

Fast efficient service. Received tests within 2 days and results within 48hrs after posting. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend

Brilliant service! We ordered two Day-2 PCR tests ahead of our holiday, ready for our return to the UK. The tests arrived within a couple of days and our reference number was emailed to us immediately after purchase (ready for us to use on our passenger locater forms). Taking the tests was simple to do, with very easy to follow instructions and clearly labelled items. The results of the tests were received by email within 48 hours of sending them off, which is much quicker than I had anticipated. I was recommended this company by my sister and I would certainly feel confident in recommending them to my friends and family, too.

This is the second time I have used Everything Genetic for PCR tests when returning from abroad. I was able to specify the delivery date and the results came through quickly. Price is very reasonable too. I was worried about finding a genuine company -well, this is it!

Efficient and simple process that was cheaper than other tests on the government website.

Day 2 COVID test ordered and paid a week before traveling to the UK. Order acknowledgement received but test never dispatched. No answer to my reminder messages.
Stay away from this company.

The whole process from ordering to receiving results was very user friendly. I have recommended the company to others and will have no hesitation in using them again when I travel.

This company lacks the ability to answer questions from its' customers such as, how does the UK Government find out the results of our Covid day 2 tests - do We have to inform them or does nobody bother?
Asked them Twice and they have not bothered to reply!
Very disappointed in their lack of communication skills.
MORE INFORMATION AS REQUESTED:-
Simple - I Emailed you asking about the Process of recording results, as I assumed there is some sort of check by the Government to ensure that having submitted a Passenger Locator Form, they check that we have sent you our swabs and that the results are linked to our Forms somehow!
Do You notify them or do we?
THE ANSWER:-
"Once a result is made available we inform Public Health England of the result along with all the details of the customer."
So there we are people - now we all know.
Getting that information out of them has been like 'pulling teeth'.
