Ferrari wow factor
What a great experience! I had a four car experience at the Elvington Track Sat 25th July - Aston Marten, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Nissan GTR. By far, the best and most thrilling drive was with John Wilson in the Ferrari.
We connected right away thanks to his calm, professional approach. I felt totally safe and confident from start to finish.
I loved the feel, the noise and the energy of the Ferrari - with John’s encouragement I was able to absolutely welly it !!!! - Well it felt like I did - in reality I was probably going a very respectable 70!!! 😆 but wow what an absolute joy to drive - it’s been years since I’ve had so much fun and excitement !!!! Thank you John and team - what a wonderful fun filled morning.
If I could get the same instructor I would definitely do it all again !!

Exilirating high speed chase.
Was a passenger on the high speed passenger and raced. Was very well driven really felt like a real race with the other cart. Exilirating and worth it.
Only thing to be aware of is that when buying the voucher there are extra charges like if it is a premium track and if need photos or insurance. They email later. But worth experience, but just be aware for budgeting purposes.

I had an amazing time racing around the top gear track in some very ice cars.Aston Martin (Dan R) and the Audi R8 (Bruce White).The experience was amazing both instructors were informative in a nice and friendly way and made the whole time spent in the cars comfortable and exciting.Well done lads will definitely be back.Would give more stars is I could.

Experience Good/ Avoid purchasing the media package
My son found the experience good, purchased as a gift from Virgin Experience
Booking process was easy.
Tip!!! AVOID! DO NOT get sucked in to buying the media package! I was missold, promised filming in 2 cars but apparently the quality of filming isn't good quality in all the cars but they won't tell you that at time of purchase! So my son hasn't got any filming in the Atom which we have paid for, still waiting 2 weeks later for the photos to be sent to us! We was told 7 working days! Still not had a response back from the customer services team who started to look into my complaint but failed to respond to my 2nd email after initally looking into it, to then be told when I called the office to chase her that she has said to email the media support team, so I do that and still nothing! Seems they all hide behind emails and won't take calls! Yet they do not reply
I have been chasing them for 2 weeks to deal with my complaint! Still nothing!
Customer Service is so appalling
I will update this, if I get my complaint finally resolved

We certainly do not want customers to feel that they are being passed between teams or that their concerns are being ignored. I paid for the premium experience and…
I paid for the premium experience and it was worth it. The ladies looked after myself and my daughter really well. I drove the Mclaren and a Ferrari which were superb!
The instructors were great too and I managed a couple of decent laps (for me !). An unforgettable day

My experience with Everyman Driving…
My experience with Everyman Driving Experiences was mixed.
Unfortunately, my session with driving instructor Paul didn’t start particularly well. Before we had really got going, he said words to the effect of, “Don’t do anything silly while driving because you could kill yourself.” I understand that safety is obviously extremely important, but the way this was communicated immediately made me feel nervous and scared, and it dampened the experience before it had even properly started. I also didn’t find his way of explaining things to me particularly reassuring or helpful.
What made this more disappointing was that his manner towards my dad seemed noticeably different. He was pleasant and friendly with him and even gave him a discount code for a future visit.
On a much more positive note, George and Michael Flenn were absolutely amazing. They were professional, personable and made us feel genuinely looked after. Their attitude and customer service made a huge difference to the day, and they deserve recognition for the way they treated us.
Overall, there were some excellent members of staff who helped turn the experience around, but I do feel the initial interaction with Paul could have been handled in a much more encouraging and professional way.

Great instructor
I went today and booked a demo drive before I did the supercars. I had the instructor John Luscombe and he was great. Really informative and gave amazing advice, made me feel prepared to do it myself.

Overcharged wildly despite the payment screen clearly stating £10.00
I transferred/redeemed a voucher from Buy A Gift and then booked with this company. I was 100% clear and in no doubt that I was paying only £10.00 (a premium for the track location I chose) and the payment screen displayed £10.00. I put my payment details in and immediately saw an email receipt for £144.00 A quick check on my online bank confirmed that £144.00 had been debited.
Of course, I made a phone call and was told I would be refunded the next day (they clearly said 'first thing tomorrow morning'). I gave the last 4 digits of my card which they asked me and left it for that day.
The following morning I was emailed by the person I spoke to and asked to send an email (to what i noticed was their generic, customer services email address which comes with a 7 day 'promise' of a response). He had asked me to send my last 4 digits of my card (yes, the same info i had given the night before).
I did this and still no refund.
It has only been a day but the inability to speak to anyone who can actually process refunds or speak to a manager is utterly perplexing.
If you are reading this, I want my money back. The concept of taking more money than an official payment screen displays is deeply worrying.
Please can someone just do the right thing and see this post.....and take the time to spend the 5 minutes it will take to return my money.
