Incredibly overpriced
I have 10 windows. I did a virtual consultation with my measurements for Everhem. They sent me a quote for rods and drapes and it came out to $9200.
It has fine print that says we are responsible for all measurements and this is final sale.
They are charging 2-3x what anyone else does, for less service (virtual, not in home measuring) and placing the blame on the consumer for doing Everhem’s job.
This company has to be a scam, or at best, an overprice money grab on Instagram.
I would contact local window treatment companies or Lowes or Home Depot. If you want to spend a small car’s worth of money on curtains, your choice.

On the signup page for virtual consultations, we state the average price range for each of our products in order to be transparent with those interested in Everhem. The quote you received was in line with the range estimates provided based on the number of windows in your project.
We know we're not the least expensive option available in the marketplace and we certainly do not claim to be; our commitment to lasting quality does generally come at a higher cost, and therefore, a higher price point. We only source high quality linen, cotton and woven wood fabrics. Additionally, all of our finished products are handmade locally in Los Angeles by workrooms with many decades of experience in the window coverings industry.
Since our products are handmade, down to the eight of an inch, it’s very difficult for us to accept returns. This is why we often work with our customers closely leading up to their purchase as to ensure proper measurements. Of course we understand that things can go wrong despite everyone's best efforts sometimes; when they do, our aim is always to find solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.

Everhem is Phenomenal - Second to None
Everhem’s customer service, creativity, patience and expertise is second to none. They have quality, timeless yet trendy options and are more than happy to work with the customer and ensure their needs are met and they are happy— whatever that may take. We interviewed three different companies to do our window treatments and Everhem blew them out of the water in every way possible; their product quality, prices, experience and professionalism is by far the best I’ve seen in a long time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Incredible experience!
We are so pleased with our Everhem experience. We have purchased several roman shades in different colors for our new home. The process of ordering online is very streamlined and easy to navigate, especially for someone who has no design experience. The shades all arrived on time (or early) and we were able to install them on our own with only one question. The team at Everhem was very responsive to our install question. We highly recommend for all draper/shade needs!

We do apologize for any confusion. Your order was placed on Tuesday, July 13. At the time of purchase you should've received an automated email from us confirming that we have received your order and that we will follow up to confirm a production completion date as quickly as possible. If you did not receive this original email, it is possible it went to your spam folder? Depending upon your email filters sometimes that happens. As far as receiving that second email that confirms a completion date for your order, that generally takes up to one week's time as our workroom is very, very busy and they answer everything in the order in which it was received. As today is Thursday, July 15, it's only been two days since you placed your order so that is why you would not have received that email just yet. We do appreciate your patience.

Amazing experience! The team was such a huge help! Email notification automation needs some work.
The website itself was easy to navigate, and the product purchase process was really smooth. Afterwards, I received no confirmation email, and no response to the initial email I sent through the help line. After my second inquiry around the shipping info a month later, someone from the team finally shared the tracking number... not a great user experience. The email automation backend clearly needs some work as the site continues to grow.

Once again, we're very sorry that the communication broke down here. Our system does automatically trigger emails to the customer to alert them when their order will ship as well as when their order does ship along with tracking.
In the case of your order, however, those emails apparently never fired off because you unsubscribed from our newsletter after placing your order. Thanks to this situation, we have identified this issue and are working to bifurcate marketing emails from order/product related emails so that you can unsubscribe from one without being unsubscribed from the other. To your point, we are always looking to improve the user experience and when issues like this crop up, they give us the opportunity to do so.
The only question I must ask is when the other time you reached out to us directly was? All we have a record of is an email you sent to hello@everhem.com on April 11th at 10am which we replied to within one hour. If you reached out prior to April 11th, could you please let us know when and to which email address you sent your inquiry? We would like to get to the bottom of why you never received a response if that is in fact what happened.

Very impressed!
Everhem was wonderful to work with! When we made a mistake choosing a mount for our shades on our French doors, they caught it and emailed me to suggest an alternative mount. Then, they FaceTimed to show me exactly how to measure for the new mount. The customer service and the responsiveness was amazing! I highly recommend working with them.
