Rachael was great at explaining details…

Rachael was great at explaining details of the program as well as helping me through my offer! She has a great personality and made me feel as if I had known her, per our conversation! Great attitude, very efficient and detail oriented! Give her a raise her and that baby girl deserves it!

Very courteous employee

This company was very helpful assisting with my collections settlement. Patrick was very easy to speak too and was courteous. Settling debt is never fun, but Patrick made it a little easier. Thank you so much for your help!

Great service for a bad situation!

I was pretty upset hearing about another debt that my ex wife had opened in my name. I did the normal please explain before I give any information and the gentleman I spoke with was totally understanding of my situation. He went out of his way to give me options as well as letting me know how this would affect my credit. I understand the frustration of being a debt collector and the amount of people that absolutely give these guys a hard time, but at the end of the day the gentleman I spoke to was calm and definitely listened to what I had to say. Excellent work ethic and knowledge!
