The representative who assisted me (Vanessa) was extremely pleasant and helpful. This was already a stressful situation to be in, but she was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with helpful feedback. Thank you!

Joe needs a raise!!

Joe was considerate and kind when working with me. He took the time to understand why my account was behind and his kindness when helping me figure out which payment option helped ease the apprehension I had. It's a rare trait to see and it was much appreciated.

Give Tim a raise !!!

Tim was amazing helpful and just an absolute joy to speak with ! It’s not easy to talk about debt but he made me feel comfortable and gave me a great payment plan !

Derek Freeze was very helpful in…

Derek Freeze was very helpful in getting my account and payment paid and closed. He was extremely helpful and if it honestly wasn't for Derek Freeze I wouldn't have paid this off at all. I would have hung up and just let it go further into collections. Thanks again Mr. Freeze!!!
