I cannot give no stars but certainly would.
Two chests of drawers both horribly split, no damage to the packaging, looks like both were assembled in Vietnam with extremely high moisture content and then dried on the ship and split and warped. I was offered a 30% discount if I wanted to keep them lol...now the garbage is sitting waiting to be picked up...AVOID like the plague.

Thankyou for making our buying experience so enjoyable. Quality products delivered on time.

Great service from this shop .Very attentive staff . Great communication from purchasing to delivery. The delivery men, Paul and Phil, were officiant and cared about the products . They were also very friendly and they brightened our day .

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The store is nicely laid out with so much choice.
Really nice to deal with a small independent who pride themselves on great customer service and quick delivery.

I Would highly recommend this company. The showroom is really nice and has lots of nice pieces. We ordered 3 pieces of furniture the process was really easy and the service was very friendly and efficient. The delivery was excellent. The two guys that delivered have a really great service, they were very friendly and chatty. They brought the furniture into the room where I needed it and positioned it for me. They unwrapped the furniture and encouraged me to check everything was ok with each piece before they left. They took all packaging away with them. Overall a really great experience.

Bought a brand new wooden shelf but it's show being worn.
The shop reply Email that insist the item is brand new but I can't believe it's brand new.

While searching on line for chairs I found this company. I read the trust pilot reviews and felt I could trust this company. I ordered eight chairs in total 2 different styles but they only had one style in stock. I was happy to proceed knowing of the time delay. On the Monday I received an update confirming the delay and would I be happy with this. This was impressive as they confirmed what I had read just to make I was going to be happy with my purchase.

I ordered a mango wood Henlly ladder bookcase from here as it was significantly cheaper than ones that were essentially exactly the same from NEXT in the Lloyd collection. The only difference is that the legs, and drawer knobs were slightly different and there was a smoother finish on the surfaces. I am over the moon with this piece of furniture. It has arrived exactly as advertised and was delivered by a careful delivery team.
I will recommend Evelyn Lily Interiors to as many people as I can!

What a lovely shop. The furniture and home accessories are really beautiful. They have a good website but, as the shop wasn't far away, I went to look at their products in person. Lots of unique items. Very good quality and very competitive prices. Free delivery too and the delivery guys unpacked and placed my furniture exactly where I wanted it. I will be back.
