Fantastic furniture

I purchased the black scorpion tv unit and I’m so happy with it. It’s a good solid piece of furniture and that feels like a piece of art. Craftsmanship look great, the only thing I would have preferred is the inside of the doors and drawer front to also be stained black as you can see a rim of the wood colour but it not a big deal to me. The service has been great, I was kept up to date with delivery which was 10 days and the delivery drivers were fantastic. I was surprised it came as one piece as I thought it would be flat pack.

Very poor customer service

Very excited about the purchase of our sideboard, paid for it to be unpacked and placed in a room of our choice, however, this was not the case and twice the delivery people refused to. Room if choice is next to the front door on the ground floor. Contacted Artico who sent an email with a link for it to be collected. So 3 days with a huge (and unpleasant smelling) box obstructing our hall. Poor customer service and service in general.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your delivery experience.

The delivery team was instructed to provide the unpacking and room-of-choice service that was purchased, so we are disappointed to learn that this was not carried out as expected. We are currently investigating the matter with the courier to understand why the service was not completed.

We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the packaging remaining in your hallway while collection was arranged. Although we use specialist third-party delivery partners for some deliveries, we appreciate that the responsibility ultimately lies with us to ensure the service you paid for is delivered correctly.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback will help us address this issue with the courier and improve our service going forward.

Solid stunning statement piece of furniture that draws your eye

A couple of weeks ago I ordered some dining chairs that we were very pleased with and go beautifully with our micro cement black table. I had been looking at this range for quite some time on and off. When we renovated our dining room we ordered the cabinet. Oh my days!!! It is not only beautiful but solid. The craftsmanship is something I haven’t seen in a piece of furniture for some time. Only had to fit the legs. Well worth its money and more.

Ordered a sideboard which arrived with…

Ordered a sideboard which arrived with one of the doors not working properly, but Artico once informed arranged a cabinet maker to rectify and it was done succinctly and saved me needing to return it. Maybe a quality check on leaving would have been a good idea though.
