Eve-clinik is a great company with quick, efficient deliveries that are always punctual. The team are very proffesional and generous and give people free samples even if they didn't buy them. Furthermore, the quality of their products are outstanding.

I mainly buy Eveline products from Eve-Clinik, and what makes me order again and again is the availability of products. The order was quickly prepared and sent. The only issue I had this time is that one of the products was, I think, mistakenly sent instead of another one. Apart from that, everything was smooth.

I ordered a couple of products which I liked but the most expected product - a face cream , didn't arrive, instead I got a refund. Thank you. But honestly, I would not make this whole order if I had known that the cream would not come. I would wait for a new arrival or choose another cream instead. Paying 9 pounds for a shipment plus about 5 pounds for some tax was not adequate to the value of products minus the cream. So next time don't make decision without my agreement please. Ask me. It is my money and my choice. Thank you :)
