Highly rated from a new EV owner

I couldn't be more impressed with the EV Cable Shop. As a new EV owner, it was a priority to find a reliable charging cable as one wasn't supplied with my car. My order arrived the very next day which was super convenient for me. The quality of the cable is fantastic, it feels sturdy and well-made which ensures a hassle-free charging experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier products with swift service!

Great customer service from Debbie

I purchased a 3 pin charging cable approx a month ago and unfortunately it stopped working reporting a number of faults. I contacted EV and was phoned by Debbie who immediately sorted a replacement and sent a returns label to my computer. The brand new charger arrived the next day and the faulty unit was picked up at the same time. This is great customer service. You only really find out how good a company is when things go wrong. 10/10 for sorting my problem,
