I've just checked order #111910 and can see the bag wasn't included at checkout, so it wouldn't have shipped with your cable.

The good news is we send the bags out completely free. I'd be happy to get one posted to you straight away.

Good customer service

Easy to select a correct type of cable

I needed a 10m charging cable for home box installation. They made it very easy to select a correct type of cable, by providing options, explanations, and a check against a car model or even a car reg. Delivery was very quick.

I had a very positive shopping…

I had a very positive shopping experience. The store offers convenient and secure payment methods, and the product description was accurate and matched exactly what I received. The shipping information was clear and transparent, and my order arrived as expected. Communication with the seller was prompt, polite, and helpful throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and I would happily shop here again. Highly recommended.

Delayed Delivery

Wanted the charger cable the next day before I went away but there was a problem so I didn’t get it in time. Called to enquire why. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and agreed the service was not as promised and is arranging a £10 refund. That said, now it has arrived the charger cable seems to work fine.
