I have the app on my phone and know that my car will be fully charged when I need it, whilst knowing that Im charging efficiently, saving money and being kind to the planet. I also get reward points too!

Your app is unreliable and at times does not work.

Have trouble using the solar feature. It does not work as seamlessly as the standard Smart charging from my perspective.

The quick and responsive way my concerns were handled.
My issue was examined and it was found to be a technical matter within my charger unit, also the limited capacity of my solar panels to cope with 100 per cent Solar Charging of my electric vehicle.
My experience in dealing with EV Energy has left me with an excellent conclusion and a feeling that I am dealing with a professional organisation who are knowlegeable and put customer satisfaction at the top of their list.

It’s amazing how you get a monthly summary

The ev.energy app controls my home electric vehicle charger. It works pretty well, though it has quirks, most particularly to do with setting the right domestic electricity tariff. This is needed to enable correct reporting of charging costs as well as to set the correct timing for off peak charging and it doesn't work well. However, the support team at ev.energy are amazingly efficient and have set the correct tariff for me every time I have asked, usually within minutes. With that done, I can just plug the car in and forget about it. The ev.energy app makes sure that the car is ready when I need it while minimising electricity costs and carbon impact.

Im an ev.energy SOLAR customer and the app charges my car using my excess solar energy really well. The app uses a solar forecast to predict what my generation will be and it is surprisingly accurate. So far its been good and looking forward to some sunnier days this summer.
