Hi Niyaz,
Sorry to hear that your item was damaged in transit. Our Despatch Team always repacks your order to make sure that this does not happen; but sometimes when your item is with the courier they aren't always as general as we like them to be. I am so please that this was resolved promptly for you. If we can help in the future do let us know.

Good company quickly sent and correct
They provided a far superior reflector for my caddy van than the wrong item sent by a useless supplier who I will not do business with again.

Thank you for your feedback, most couriers no longer deliver a card so they are more environmentaly friendly and sustainable as a business, However, I can see on the tracking number that this was imputed.
If we can do anything else to assist in the future please do contact us.
