They advertise Genuine BMW X6 side…
They advertise Genuine BMW X6 side indicators. That's not what you get. You get OLSA which are not Genuine BMW parts and you can buy them from Autodoc for half the price you pay at Eurowagens. I feel ripped off and I will not use them again.

I can see that our customer service team replied to you when you initially contacted us in regards to this enquiring. I can confirm that the parts ordered were genuine parts. The items that were ordered are manufactured by OLSA for BMW. There are a few differences with replacement vehicle components. There are OEM parts, Genuine parts and Aftermarket parts. OEM (original equipment manufacture) parts are made by the same factory as the original part. Genuine units like the one that you have ordered are made in the same factory and have the same branding as the original units; aftermarket parts are based on the original unit but made by a different supplier.

Told lies costing me £54
Although the item itself was excellent. This item was required quite quickly for a MOT I was informed by a staff member that they had to wait for it to arrive from a “European warehouse “ but then told it had arrived and was being prepared for dispatch. This was a lie as it had not been arrived or prepared for dispatch so needs to travel 70+ miles and my car failed without it. Out of pocket by £54 plus mileage

As per our terms and conditions kindly quoted by yourself, we are always doing our best to ship all orders within 1-2 working days from the payment date. I can confirm that your order was shipped on the 9th June which was on the 2nd working days as per our promise. You have selected our free delivery service which means it was posted with Royal Mail 48h tracked service and your item was delivered on the 12th June.
I apologise that my colleague informed you that this was going to be dispatched on the 8th and this wasn't the case. At the time, it was the date that our supplier informed us that your product was due to arrive. I understand that you were within a tight window for this part for your vehicle's MOT.

poor product and service
Purchased upgraded bulbs which were very dim. Fedback to Eurowagens and was advised that was just how they were. No solution offered until, when invited to, I left less than positive product review. Was then contacted via review site and publicly offered a refund/return. Asked for information on how to process return but have received no further response. Pretty poor product and in my opinion worse service.

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. I ordered a part online, and upon a VIN check, the team confirmed I actually needed something different that they subsequently ordered and shipped the same day. Equally, the alternative part was cheaper than what I had originally purchased so a refund on the difference was also processed the same day.
