I have been dealing with Abbie who has been absolutely sensational. Nothing has been a problem and she is absolutely precise with the part information. I wish spare parts places in Australia were as easy to deal with and the pricing has been even better than expected.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with. I has initial difficulties creating and account which was resolved very quickly by a real person on the other end of the phone....no really a real person. The they took the time to review my order with me and confirm it was the correct part and said that they would do what they could to get out that day despite the order being late in the day due to the account issue. I then received updates direct to my email address on the order status picked, packed, in despatch and collected by courier. Clearly a company that values the customer more than cost reductions and a glossy website...BTW the website is superb as well.

When we were informed of the shipment leak, at first we were worried about what would happen.
However, my worries were alleviated somewhat by the prompt provision of information by the person in charge.
Problems do happen. I think the important thing is to show the situation and the steps to be taken to solve it.
In this sense, I would like to thank the person in charge for doing a good job.
However, it is true that it was four days past the original schedule, which was disappointing. I hope this will not happen again in the future.

Für meinen Maserati 3200 GT habe ich anfangs Dezember Teile nach den Serien Nr. von Maserati bestellt. Ich wurde bei der Bestätigung informiert das es über die Festtage länger gehen könne, ich aber die Möglichkeit hätte eine Expresslieferung zu beantragen. Der Mehrpreis war es mir aber nicht wert. Ich wurde laufend informiert über den Stand der Lieferung und auch bei Anfragen von mir bekam ich umgehend Antwort. Die Lieferung kam sehr gut geschützt bei mir an und die Teile waren alles Originalteile. Preis Leistung von Europarts bekommt von mir 5 Sterne, gerne immer wieder.
