Excellent customer service. Had an issue with one of the smoke alarms that I bought in their online shop. Very helpful on the phone and they sent out a replacement smoke-alarm straight away. No issues or quibbles. Was really pleased with how they managed everything

Thanks Eric for the review, glad to hear it! :))
That's how we like to be treated when we spent a lot of money. We bought a convector radiator for 1143€ and the way Eurosales.ie handled our order was excellent.
Within a week the radiator has been delivered, not to our doorstep but brought into our house on the spot.
Thank you Euro sales for your service, we come back that's for sure.

Thanks Paul for the positive feedback, glad you were happy with the service :)
Placed an order on Friday evening for collection in their Sandyford store on Saturday morning. Needed items urgently for a job and the webstore, the Sandyford euro-sales website and Google state the store is open on Saturdays 9-1. Arrived up snd store is closed. Phones not being answered. Totally unprofessional.

Sorry to hear about your experience Mark, our Sandyford branch is closed on Bank Holiday Saturday's. We have updated this in Google now so that won't happen again. I see your order was placed at 01:36 AM in order to be ready for the Saturday collection. Web orders wouldn't be processed that quickly over Bank Holiday weekend anyway. Apologies.
Professional and reliable service offered during my dealings with them. The staff have a wealth of knowledge. Happy to recommend the services on offer and leave feedback for eurosales reviews
