No contestan mail ni teléfono, 30€ y el pedido no llegó...Correos me dijo la dirección era incorrecta y que tenía que contactar con ellos, pero yo puse la dirección bien... Un timo

Veo que la gente ha tenido malas experiencias con ellos, yo la verdad ningun problema, siempre a tiempo y muy bien protegido los posters, lo único el envío es un poco caro pero por lo demás, todo perfecto por ahora.

Unos timadores, realice un pedido q nunca llego y no recibi ningun informacion al respecto, 23 euros q me robaron y ni se dignan a contestar a los emails que les mandaba.

Pongo una porque cero no me deja , hago un pedido de un póster de Spiderman y me llega uno de Harley Queen ... No se si ellos lo vean normal pero creo que no es ni medio normal , pagar para que me den una cosa que no pedí y quedar totalmente insatisfecha . Malísimo.

Totale incompetenza. Ordine effettuato a fine dicembre, gestito dalle Poste e mai consegnato, seppur risultassero tentativi di consegna (mai mosso da casa e nessuno ha bussato alla mia porta). Pacco che ritorna indietro e lascia la frontiera italiana il 22/01 (sì, gennaio). Dopo molteplici mail, mi viene detto che, al rientro del pacco, sarei stato rimborsato. Alle mie mail in cui si fa notare che sia passato oltre un mese e nelle quali richiedo il tracking code, nessuna risposta. Ho aperto una contestazione (la prima da quando acquisto on-line) con PayPal.

Nunca llegaron los posters, una vergüenza. No contestan a los mails. Solo agradecen los buenos mensajes.

Pedí 4 posters, los gastos de envio un poco caros pero los posters de buenísima calidad y aun pidiéndolos por correos me llegaron 1 día antes del plazo de entrega

I received a different product from what I ordered, after weeks, after paying EIGHT euros for the delivery. Furthermore, there is personal data of another person of the invoice. I want my money back and I will never use them anymore.

Kunne man give 0 stjerner, gjorde jeg det.
Havde bestilt en plakat med skinner, til min søns fødselsdag. Da vi til hans fødselsdag åbner pakken, er der kun skinnerne og vi må skrive til firmaet to gange, før de svarer os at de ikke kan levere plakaten og vi får pengene tilbage.
Det er simpelthen så ringe service at man ikke får den besked, uden aktivt at skulle gøre noget for det.

Il prodotto acquistato è arrivato danneggiato. Ho inviato immediatamente una mail all'indirizzo indicato con foto e spiegazione. Dopo 10 giorni nessuna risposta...

Pessimo servizio, da evitare; prodotto ricevuto da Europosters, completamente danneggiato ed in forte ritardo. Ricevuto il 20.12.2020, segnalando immediatamente il problema; inviato fotografie e documenti tramite mail. A tutt'oggi, 17/01/2021, nessuna risposta e nessuna notizia, neppure dopo svariate mail. Pessimi, inaffidabili e inefficienti. Mi auguro almeno la decenza di inoltrare una risposta ad una recensione negativa, dal momento che con le normali mail non si ottiene risposta. Tutti i dati e i documenti d'acquisto a disposizione.

Ordered posters beginning of December for my son as a Christmas present. Still nothing and over £20 taken. Emailed with no response.

Mi dispiace lasciare una pessima recensione relativa alla mia esperienza con europoster.
Il poster con annessa cornice risultava essere stato consegnato da poste italiane ad un soggetto a me sconosciuto, senza l'indicazione di un indirizzo preciso.
Ho dedotto dopo tempo e senza alcuna collaborazione di Poste italiane (numero clienti non disponibile per sovraccarico dovuto alle feste, skipe in inglese ecc) che probabilmente si trattava del portiere del palazzo accanto al mio, e fortunatamente avevo ragione.
Da consumatore che ha pagato 7 euro circa di spedizione avevo il diritto di ricevere il pacco presso il mio domicilio, o, in mia assenza, un avviso di mancata consegna.
Non ero tenuta ad attivarmi spontaneamente nella difficile ricerca del diverso sito di consegna, di cui non mi veniva nemmeno fornito indirizzo, ma solo il nome di uno sconosciuto firmatario.
OLTRE A TALE DISSERVIZIO ATTRIBUIBILE A POSTE ITALIANE, DEVO TUTTAVIA COMUNICARVI CHE, UNA VOLTA ENTRATA IN POSSESSO DEL PRODOTTO E DOPO AVERLO APERTO CON CURA, MI SONO RESA CONTO CHE LA PLASTICA DELLA CORNICE RECAVA UNA SCHEGGIATURA SUL VERSANTE BASSO A SINISTRA.
ESSENDO IL DIFETTO NON ECCESSIVAMENTE EVIDENTE (MA COMUNQUE PRESENTE) E AVENDO POCO TEMPO PER PROVVEDERE ALL'ACQUISTO DI UN NUOVO REGALO DI NATALE, NON ESERCITERO' DIRITTO DI RECESSO, MA SICURAMENTE L'ESPERIENZA VALE A RILASCIARE UNA RECENSIONE PESSIMA. NON ACQUISTERO' MAI Più DA EUROPOSTER.

Total scam- do not use!!! Ordered posters back in November, still no sign of them. They ignore all my emails. They have taken my money and provided no product- 0/10- total scam.

I chose them because it was stated on their website that the item I purchased will be delivered between 3-5days. I find it unacceptable that I ordered a poster the 23rd of Nov and it has not even left their premises yet. DPD sends sms notifications and emails when they pick up the package.

On the website, it still says until today that the state of my order is “printing and packaging”. It is the 3rd of Dec.

Furthermore, I asked them via email for an update on the 1st of Dec. More then 48 hours passed and not even a “will look into it” came back. I find this very upsetting. If they know that they can’t do what they state on their website then simply write; delivery: 2weeks+.

I’m very disappointed in them, this one bad experience is enough for me to not ever order from them again. Will call them tomorrow to cancel the order.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I’ve ordered 2 frames and both came damaged. I’ve contacted them straight away and they’ve asked for a proof that it came damaged. I have send them a picture and they asked for a picture of the packaging which obviously I had thrown away. Anyway they said they can’t do anything about it and they won’t replace it. Now I understand why the reviews were so poor.
