Terrible service received my patio set 2 weeks after ordering and 2 hours after the delivery I received a text message to state my table wasn’t available and they have replaced with an upgraded one , which in my opinion was tacky with a glass top and an ice bucket which wasn’t what I had picked. Then when I contacted the manager Brian in the Belfast branch he told me I had got a good deal and he told me my table had been damaged and I asked what about the one in store and he said it was also damaged and I asked for photographs to see how badly damaged it was I would prefer the one I had picked got no response back .definitely not the service I expect.

Chelsea was very helpful, pleasant and friendly girl .... I knew what I wanted before visiting the shop and got to see it on display which was a bonus....we agreed to collect and on day of collection it was hassle free already waiting ... the set was very easy to set up and we have christened it and hopefully we will get many years of use

Service provided by Nina at Bloom was absolutely top tier. She guided us through different options and ensured we had correct measurements before making our purchase. I would happily recommend Eurogarden and home to anyone thinking of purchasing garden furniture.

Antrim garden show I bought a 3x4m pergola, the salesman was excellent . Delivery and installation was carried out in a very professional manner, the two guys who installed it were first class nothing was a bother to them, they customer services was extremely good, the product looks good, time I hope time will verify this.
Of course I have got all my garden furniture from Eurogardens over the years and have been very happy with their service

Called into showroom on a sunday afternoon found staff polite and easy too deal with and had garden set delivered tues morning. Easy to set up and superb quality

We are delighted with our new Kensington Pavillion and garden furniture set purchased from Euro Garden & Home.

We had seen them at Balmoral Show & Garden Ireland in Antrim last year and were very impressed with the quality of their products.

Subsequently we ordered ours in January of this year amd had it expertly erected by their friendly team of Stuart, Kevin & Mario at our home in good time for my Big Birthday in April. They arrived on time and got on with the job of assembling our Pavillion each member had their own roles and in no te at all they had the structure up with great care and expertise. Then unpacked all the furniture and had them all organised for us too. They were very cheerful and we enjoyed having them with us on site.

All in all, the team did well in getting us sorted for this large family gathering amd everything went well.

Would definitely recommend them to our friends amd family.
