Sigo esperando devolución, hice la compra de unos tapacubos hace 15 días y las devolví inmediatamente, la devolución está aprobada pero no me devuelven nada, no contestan teléfono ni hay como comunicarse con el vendedor, y eso que la hice mediante Amazon Prime, no recomiendo comprar en esta página

Przed zakupem spytałem czy dziś wyślą. Pani nie mogła obiecać na 100%, bo było ok 13.00. Miła i uprzejma. Zdecydowałem się na zakup. Paczka wysłana w tym samym dniu. Dobrze opakowana - wszystko ok. Jestem zadowolony, bo trafiłem na firmę , gdzie się nie "ściemnia - byle kupił...". POLECAM!

I bought a Ceiling-lamp with PIR sensor. After 3 weeks lamp became defect (did not turn-off anymore). Reported on 27-12-2025, until today NO SOLUTION offered, still waiting for replacement or refund. BE AWARE, LOW quality products and NO Customer-service. Do not buy from this webshop!

Why do ppl complain about delivery when it out of their hands.

Evri r notoriously pants but if u buy stuff from business that use Evri u get to know the drop off time.

Dirty, scratched clearly already used and abused by someone . That person didint even have enough brain power to put it back correctly in to the box , screws were thrown loose, elements were sticking out so box was not closed properly.

Shocking how someone have audacity to sell used damaged product as new and sleep at night.

The delivery policy says 2-3 days, but this was not respected. I paid on Jan 11 and received it on Jan 15.
The TV stand arrived scratched.
It is not compatible with my Samsung 65-inch TV, and I had to buy extra screws. Very disappointing

Schöne kompakte Maße, Tastatur angenehm leise. Lediglich die Tasten Y und Z mussten vertauscht werden. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Tastatur und Maus benötigen lediglich je eine AAA- Batterie.
Lieferzeit rd. 10 Tage.

Die Firma ist im Ausland und die Bestellung und Zustellung war einwandfrei. Als jedoch die Ware zurückging trotz Sendungsverfolgung kam keine Antwort und kein Geld mehr zurück. Ist bereits 5 Wochen her.

Very slow to deliver, had to chase. When it eventually arrived it came with an EU adapter so we can’t use it. It is clear that I am a UK customer so I have submitted a complaint requesting a UK adapter but still waiting to hear.

Ik heb ze en tijd terug en vraag gesteld hoe ik op de greenblue weerstation de luchtdruk goed kan instellen wordt niet op gereageerd dus ik bestel nooit meer bij dit bedrijf we zijn al meer dan 2 weken verder inmiddels

Avoid Avoid Avoid! I ordered an electric TV bracket (circa £400). Box was damaged upon arrival (poor packaging) and it was also sent with EU plug. Advised company of the situation and they said this was a ‘miss pick’ and were sending a replacement plug (never arrived. Whilst assembling I discovered that there was a bent bracket from a result of the damaged box during transit. I informed the company and their response or ownership has been shocking. It’s now 50 days and they have gone radio silent. Is this company still trading? I guess I need to inform my bank to see if I can recover my funds.

Very bad. You have to wait for an email to sent it back. The email is never coming. No answer. Never order there

Ware kam schnell und scheint in Ordnung zu sein. Die Rechnung ist aber unbrauchbar, da nicht auf Deutsch. Habe mehrfach um eine geänderte Rechnung gebeten; keinerlei Rückmeldung. Scheint mir nicht sehr seriös.

Orderd 3 pieces of the same electronic part. When delivered, I found out, that 2 of the packeges have already been opened, repacked and send again to a different customer. Seems the seller sells second hand stuff, take care... !
