Great product, was told it will arrive in approx 30d. from ordering, but it arrived the same week I ordered. I used it for a week now and it is as handy as I thought it will be.

I have the E3600LFP working with 2 extra batteries and they are working awesome. 9.2kwh of solar running my gaming setup and pritting farm , since Septembre 2025 non stop. I am now waiting for the new F5000LFP to be released in Europe and I will buy this unit too.

Good evening to the Pecron team. Me with the Pecron E2400 LFP device after using solar panel charging I had a 550w 48v that works fine to this day and a 100w 12v that worked parallel to the charge for the first 20 days and then stopped working. I spoke to Pecron EU support and sent pictures with enough emails that I gave them enough information on my usage and detailed the problem that the charging port intended for 12v to 100w is having. Then they sent me a board to change it myself from the control panel but that board is not responsible and again I contact Pecron EU they don't answer me in 20 days and again I try to create a new customer support tab but I do it on the Pecron USA websitewhere the customer service responded immediately and bothered Pecron EU and after my suggestion they sent me a board and two long screws which is about the charge controller for both solar panels. I tried again and my 12v 100w solar panel stopped working and I tried the 12v with the car socket and now the 12v 100w port is working again. I sent an email to Pecron EU but again no reply. I hope Pecron EU will spot the crap and improve their customer support and technical department because the E2400LFP is a nice product. It would be useful to give you via the menu the 20% to 80% charge setting for longer battery life cycles!

for me the delivery it was on time no delay , the communication whit customer care it was good and sent me a cable that i want extra, on time and this , the product is hi quality made , simple and robust construction , ever think super good i will buy again another smaller station i have the PECRON E1500LFP Expandable Portable Power Station 2200W 1536Wh and i want the PECRON E300LFP Expandable Portable Power Station 600W 288Wh .

I bought an E3600LFP with their 2 * 200W Solar panels.
When I bought it, there was a clear message that they were out of stock, and there would be delays in delivery. Their estimated delay time was a little off, but not by much. I chose this unit after watching a few YouTube reviews. It is spec'ed at 3600 Wh peak output, but the video was showing higher than 3700 Wh. This convinced me. I myself have been charging my EV car at slightly higher than 3.6 kW and gained 8 km range in 30 min. It's like a jerry can for EV. Yesterday I charged the Battery from 20% to 95 % with the 2 solar panels. The peak charge I ever got from both panels was 320 W, but it's more like ~ 220W in the sun. It's the beginning of May, not even summer yet. The thing is heavy (36 kg), but I can carry it over small distances. It has 2 well-placed handles. I got myself a wheeling platform to carry it around. The app connects via Bluetooth, so the range is not great. ~ 6m. It does let you turn on and off the AC and/or DC output remotely. I also tried it to power my CPAP (AirSense 11) for 1 night (not connected to the main). I only sleep 6 1/2 hours, but the battery only went down by 10%, including the heated humidifier and heated tube. So this could last me 10 nights without recharging!

J'utilise les batteries PECRON depuis deux ans maintenant.
J'ai commencé par une batterie 24 volts, de 2000 watts, et je viens d'acheter une batterie 48 volts, de 3000 watts.
Imaginez que vous êtes en hiver, et que vous vous chauffez avec un poele à pellets. Sans electricité, vous ne pouvez pas le faire fonctionner. Mais avec la batterie de 2000 watts vous avez une autonomie de plus d'une journée, sans difficulés,
Maintenant imaginez encore que vous n'avez pas d'électricité suite à une tempête en hiver, mais que vous avez une cheminée. Pas de problème de chauffage, mais plus d'eau chaude. avec la batterie PECRON de 3000 WATTS j'ai une autonomie d'eau chaude de 2 jours. Le plus impressionant est sa capacité à être programmable, et à declencher votre ballon d'eau chaude aux meilleures heures de la journée, pour impacter le moins possible votre batterie (entre midi et 14 heures par exemple, mais je limite volontairement à une heure de chauffe). Je le teste depuis 3 semaines.
Je sais que durant une journée, en ce mois de mai 2026, des travaux vont être réalisés sur les lignes électriques aux environs de ma maison, il n'y aura pas d'électricité pendant 4 à 6 heures. Avec une des deux batteries, mon système d'alarme est opérationnel.
autonomie, résilience, séreinité.

Par rapport à d'autres marques, les centrales Pecron sont satisfaisantes sur des charges résistives (sur lesquelles sont certainement basées leurs affirmations) mais cela peine lorsque les charges sont en majorité inductives. Je précise que ces remarques concernent uniquement mes stations Pecron 600w et 1000w !

I've waited a little bit until the product arrived but my experience with it was very satisfying! I got the F3000LFP and I use it for my stationary trailer and my mini camper van! Its a monstrosity. I barely use my solar panels ! True Value for money!! I recommend

Everything is looking good as expected, I purchased the E3600LFP , and the PECRON PV200 200W
The delivery date was as they said.
The only thing that is noticable that the application to control the unit work only with Wifi and not directly from the mobile.

My power station arrived very well packaged and very quickly. I found it very easy to set up and it has performed flawlessly over the last few weeks. I had previously used solar panels with mppt controller and batteries but the pecron solar power station is much more convenient. It run kettles, hot plates and cooking gear without any snags. Highly recommended!!

Received my F3000 in good time and condition, been using it for home use at the moment to trial it for my campervan journeys. It's a robust unit and have used my portable solar panels and my static panels too. Also plugged into mains with no problems

The power bank product is really good but I bought it expecting to expand it's capacity with the expansion batteries but then Pecron tell me these are not available in the UK. But will not reply to requests for a refund.

Ordered Pecron F3000LFP from the pecron.eu website back in early February.
It's been 2 months and I still have no information about my purchase.
Exchanged a few emails with Pecron EU, but only received empty promises.
I've requested a full refund

Hopefully they will be able to fix their problems, but for now I would avoid buying from Pecron EU.

I don’t know at this point if it’s a scam, but I do know that I would never buy from a company with support this bad.

I spent four days trying to contact them to cancel an order. During that time, they withdrew money from my card without sending any kind of tracking information. After finally speaking with someone on the phone, I was told they would cancel the order and issue a refund.

Later that same day, I received an email saying the item is out of stock and that I will receive it in 3–8 days instead, along with a €20 discount.

I have now contacted my bank to dispute the charge through VISA and retrieve my money.

If I were anyone else, I would buy from another company.
