I dropped my car off at Frankfurt Airport Departures Gate B6 for Valet parking. I texted 1 hour before arrival. The employee was waiting for us. When we got back we texted upon landing and again once we had our luggage. We got to Gate B6 again and he was there waiting for us with the car. The car was in perfect condition. Our return flight was cancelled until the following day. No issues there. I just texted them and everything was fine. The parking lot was close by. I highly recommend this service. I have used similar services at Frankfurt and this one is by far the best. Employees are professional and efficient. I will use them again for certain.

Very aggressive & rude customer service agent, impolite employee at the airport, 50% additional charge because I arrived 1.5h earlier than expected, a bit much after 10 days away (...), etc. Never again !

Very convenient!! The only hard part was navigating the airport. Once you learn how to read signs and make the correct turn BEFORE it’s too late (FRA 🤦‍♀️) … Parkos makes the whole process stress free.

We didn't have much luck with the Parkos services at Dusseldorf airport. There were a lot of people waiting for a shuttle bus. So when we finally managed to get a seat in a shuttle bus, it drove to a different parking place. Not every shuttle bus drives to all parking places, and the shuttle bus we were in didn't have any sign to what parking place it would drive to. The driver was not friendly at all. He told us he could bring us to the right parking place (3km) for an extra 20 euros. We didn't accept and he drove us back to the airport, to catch a shuttle bus that did have a sign on the wind shield telling which parking place it would drive to. The next driver was very friendly. We lost a full hour on shuttle service.

The parking is located close to the airport. We had no trouble finding it. The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose the vallet service and it was the best decision. I highly recommend using their service for anyone thinkong about leaving their car for a longer period of time.

Very good place, very good service. Only thing need hight is the curve is narrow and if you have a big car, need pay attention. Otherwise it was a very good parkplace. recommended!

Понравилось расположение – рядом несколько отелей, легко найти. Индивидуальный трансфер в/из аэропорта, хорошая коммуникация. Когда забирали авто пока складывали вещи предложенный утренний кофе – маленький но очень приятный бонус. Процветание компании))

First class very nice people, waited no more than 5 minutes to be transported to the airport and the same on arrival and for the car parking it's self under cover perfect.

Place was easy to find, also Transfer to the Airport worked good. Only thing was that my car was parked but not locked. I saw it in my App and closed via App.

Ik belde de dag voordien dan mijn retourvlucht vertraging had.

De dag zelf diende ik 4x te bellen om mijn auto te kunnen recupereren.

Bij aankomst kreeg ik tevens mijn (!) autosleutels niet terug omdat ik weigerde de extra toeslag te betalen wegens vertraagde vlucht (lees: ik had dit gemeld en ik kreeg geen antwoord op 4 oproepen, dus niet akkoord).

De politie diende tussen te komen om mijn auto terug te krijgen dit terwijl 2 jonge kinderen urenlange moesten wachten.

Ik overweeg - na ontvangst van het proces verbaal - om een officiële klacht in te dienen!

everything went very smoothly

We had no problem. We parked our car and received a voucher. Then the shuttle dropped us to the airport in 5 minutes. Upon collecting our luggages for the return flight, we called the company to pick us from the airport. After 10 minutes of waiting at the designated pick up point, we were taken to our car. I strongly suggest this parking service.

The whole process was very smooth, transit between parking airport was within 15 min, Friendly staff, Nice and comfortable Shuttles. Highly recommended and would use it again
