Have emailed numerous times for them to reply with we have sent another and here’s the tracking which never moves.

Total scam. I ordered remineralizing gum and the product I received was some sugar and menthol cubes. The packaging even says "mimt". Do not buy from this company. It took 2 months to ship too.

Absolute scam! I purchased an item over 2 months ago. It got as far as Edinburgh, then the tracking stopped. I have been complaining to them since. First of all they said they would send a new package. I just said I wanted a refund instead. Now they just keep telling me they’re chasing the courier company and I need to be patient. I am furious. How do these people sleep at night? Thrives and pure scum.

This company is not a legitimate business. It seems very clearly to be a scam. It took 6 weeks for a product that did not resemble the advertisement to arrive in packaging that was not even spelled correctly.

When asking for a refund they offered me 8/12 dollars and told me that was the best they could do.

It seems the reviews are fake and since my purchase I have seen the a similar video playing on other instagram pages with different company names.

I paid $51 for fake gum that said it was high grade mastic gum, it's not even gum it's just balls of mint crumb

Absolute scam. Order placed on sept 1st seemingly shipping from the US. Tracking was followed up until it reaches my country (Ireland) and after that nothing. I have been contacting their support and getting always the same answer to be patient from what appears to be bots. Today is October 18th and no sign of my package. They wont issue a refund and just telling me to be patient im fuming

Shipping took almost a month, product was not what was represented at all, a total and absolute waste of money as the product is not usable in any regard.

Never get my order!!!

Company address is an Indian restaurant Monsoon in UK.
Gave out fake tracking link to a scam site (faking that the parcel was coming from US) and after confronted about obviously scamming tracker they gave me a Chinese tracking number - total scam
and if you read their "cancellation policy" it's a joke - 30% refund regardless of when you placed your order - totally illegal

They charged me 100USD more than what is in the invoice that they emailed and what I pressed to pay on checkout. I immediately contacted them requesting to cancel both orders and noone responded. Next day they "shipped" the orders and wrote to me they can do "nothing", but by then I already lodged a dispute through my bank.

The product l bought was not what they sent, they wouldn't acknowledge their mistake and offered me a couple of pounds in compensation. I said no l want what l paid for, they are now ignoring me.
