I ordered a water bottle with cover. After a couple of months and much trouble I finally received just the cover. They will not send me the bottle and say I received everything, which I did not. This place is a scam, they steal from you and should be shut down now!!!!!
Do not buy from them. I can tell you the other bad reviews are correct.

The product doesn't match the description or the photos on the website; it's made from completely different materials.

My attempts to get the right product have been unsuccessful. In response to all my questions, support just keeps saying they're sorry the product didn't meet my expectations. They refuse to refund my money.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered their 64 oz water container. I have not received it. Probably never will. Each time I ask about it, they apologize and say they will reorder. That have been about 2 1/2 months and I have received nothing.

These guys sell counterfeit items by stealing the ads for legit items then selling it online. This company should be shut down and its Execs placed in prison for a few years. They are stealing clients and destroying businesses, not to mention feeding people unknown chemicals through counterfeit consumables.

I bought a "OneTigris" water bottle with accessories. It was allegedly sent. Arrived in the UK then boom, the courier tracking ended. The so called support team just say, "Be patient" but won't divulge who the couriers are. I never received my goods and they just brush you off with this "the computer says no" type blurb. AVOID THEM!

Completely BS China-based low-life scam company. They blatantly ripped off another company's product AND their marketing videos but sneakily placed a link to their own knockoff product for us unsuspecting customers to follow.
They lied to me every step of the way. Bald-faced lying.
The delivery was late, I asked where in the US it was coming from (they just responded "USA"), but they also accidentally send me a shipping tracker that led right to the actual Chinese delivery company along w/ my tracking number. When the product finally arrived it was obviously a fake-- nothing like the original product AND there were typos all over the packaging.
I called them out and they just said they are sorry that I am unsatisfied with the product I ordered and that they will give me $8 back.. ignoring my calls of a counterfeit product. They also would not provide a return address when I asked for one.. telling me it will be too expensive for me to ship it back..???

Total garbage. I bet the 2x 5-star reviews left here were also fake.

Absolutely shocking! OrderedOT 64oz Portable Cold & Hot Stainless Steel water bottle with Straw – Reusable DrinkwareBlack. It took 5 weeks to arrive to UK then sat with courier which I never received. I complained and they said they would resend the order. Today I have received only 2 covers and no water bottles. Absolutely fuming. Spent over £50!!!

Bought the Bouldering Block that was supposed to be using resin holds, they are 3d printed, hollow and one broke on the first drop. Also their QR Codes are not working.

Absolute Scam website , purchased a boulder block from them , and received an extremely low quality product and much smaller than advertised and presented on their website , and support has been unresponsive.

I purchased boulder block toy from the website with pictures showing the product is at good quality with real climbing hold and suitable size. But they delivered me slippery holds and ridiculous size of block thus the holds would not fit into the block. The sharp corner of the holds could even cause injuries. They will keep saying that they did the right logistics and avoid commenting on the product. They will gradually increase compensation so that you will take it and scam all the rest of the money. Do not buy from this website and report it ASAP.

I ordered a tactical water bottle in June and it took until July to arrive at shopping location in Minnesota and since arriving there, I haven't received any updates on tracking and still haven't received my item I ordered and customer service is non existent. I have reported the company for fraud and theft and can't my product or my money back.
Company is a complete fraud scamming money stealing organization and should be put out of business. Filed theft complaint with postal inspections, law enforcement and reported company to the FBI quoted wire fraud division as well.

Ist nicht die minimal Angabe von einem Stern wert. Habe einen Artikel bestellt zu einem angemessenen Preis. Habe dann aber erst lange auf den Artikel gewartet ca. 2 Wochen. Schliesslich habe ich einen anderen Artikel erhalten, welcher nicht nur deutlich billiger ist sondern nicht einmal eine ähnliche Funktionalität aufweist. Habe mich darauf mit dem Kundendienst in Verbindung gesetzt. Bezahlt habe ich ca. 52USD und als Gegenleistung wurde mir eine Rückzahlung von maximal 8 USD angeboten. Das Produkt, welches ich erhalten habe kann man für 10-15USD bestellen. Da ich die Ware nicht zurückschicken konnte hatte ich Ware im Wert von ca. 15USD plus eine Rückzahlung von 8 USD und einen Schaden von 29USD. Die angebotenen 8 USD sind mit vor 2 Wochen angeboten worden. Ich habe Sie bis heute noch nicht zurückerhalten! Diese Unternehmung ist das Letzte! Wollen von ihren Fehlern Profit schlagen. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob das wirklich ein Fehler war oder eher eine Masche…

ich bestellte einen RC-Hubschrauber, erhielt eine Trackingnummer zur Versandverfolgung. Leider funktionierte die Sendungsverfolgung nicht. Nachdem ich reklamiert hatte, erfolgte auch keine plausible Erklärung. Der Kauf wurde daraufhin storniert.

They sent me the wrong target... 50 dollars lost. They dont want to refund more than 8 dollars.

Pretty scam...i asked for the refound after 2 hours that I did the order!They answer that wasn't possible because they send already the package.I did the order the 18th December 2024...today 15th February the package still didn't arrived and they did the refound.Very bad

The item (electronic drink dispenser) took ages to come and then didn’t work. There were no instructions. I emailed customer service who just keep emailing and saying that the warehouse had confirmed no problems with the item. It was poorly packaged and likely damaged I transit, but they just keep sending me the same email and not resolving my problem.
