I ordered two pairs of sneakers and decided to return one pair. There was no label, nothing to return it swiftly. Very outdated, bad customer service. Had to go to the postoffice and send them back. That cost me 8 euro’s. I will never order at Sneaker District again, you lost a customer

Enieme message que je laisse ici. Après des semaines à attendre un colis qui n'est jamais arrivé, Etrias use de tous les prétextes pour ignorer mes demandes. Entant que consommateur, j'ai des droits. Je demande immédiatement que vous m'indiquiez une adresse postale pour vous envoyer une mise en demeure.

Du vol manifeste, une commande passée pour 80euros.
Livrée à 50km de chez moi (littéralement 50km) et Etrias fait la sourde oreille sur cette livraison.
Après lecture de bcp d’avis, ils semblent coutumiers de ces pratiques.

Hele Slechte service. Zeggen dat ik een verkeerd adres heb ingevuld, terwijl ik er thuis op zit te wachten. Manager gesproken kan er niets aan doen zegt ze niks geen kwijtschelding.
Oplichters, criminelen, niks ontvangen en toch moeten betalen 229,- ben ontzettend boos.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company and when I went to collect them from the collection point they were not there. Apparently they had been returned to sender. When I queried this I was told that the company had sent the wrong product and could not explain what had happened. They then asked for photos and a bar code of the product that ai had ordered. I have paid a huge amount of money and I will never use this company again

At the beginning I was a bit sceptical about ordering from other than the original store of an item I am interested in. However, I bought tazz ugg, new collection, that was sold out everywhere. Since I placed the order until I got them took just 2 days!!! Crazy..

The only thing I noticed was that I never heard back from the customer service about few questions I wanted to know before placing an order.
I am thrilled with my new uggs and will 100% order from this site again!

Absolutely hopeless. I ordered on 5th January, paying £149.75 for 3 items. Nothing has been received. The customer services tell me my order is on the way but I have no track or trace information. I've asked several times for my money to be refunded, but no response. Very fed up with this situation.

The communication with costumer service was inefficient. The response time was okay however, since the follow-up was done by different people (I assume) I had to explain the situation again and again and again. I did this at least 5 times. At the end I didn’t get helped.

Nice and easy transaction, good price

I ordered 3 pans from this company £135.75, supposed to be a uk website but it is not, this is based in Netherlands.

Firstly the delivery time was 2 weeks when I ordered in 17/11/2024. Then I asked for an update on this on 22/12/2024. They had told me that 2 pans were now not available but I could choose other ones if I want. I chose 2 other pans at additional £75 . Then after they were ordered they said they would be delivered in February 2025. I they said I want to cancel the order. They claimed they sent the 1 pan from the first order . They refunded be £78.90 back from the £135.75 and the £75. The tracking code I have said that the shipment was cancelled so still owe me £56.75.

I have emailed several times with no response. But what does appear to have happened is they are thieves and manipulated this by making you think you are getting a product , lure you in for more then force you to cancel with the poor delivery times and not refund you in full.

If you go on the uk website Etrias the contact says only by email so they can help. This is a con! The returning emails are from the Netherlands.

Luckily I did order these items with my credit card so likely I will have my money recovered.

They will be reported to action fraud also as I can see the behaviour is very suspicious .

I hope from this no one else is conned like me and suffer a loss in money.

Easy and intuitive site, the shipping is very fast and the products are the best, original and different from other sites. good job guys!!!!
