eTransfers Arvostelua

Excelente servicio. Definitivamente lo recomendamos.

Gran servicio y buenas tarifas. Todo muy bien!!

Francisco was such a great driver and made us feel so comfortable and was very thoughtful and offering music, air conditioning, and beverages as we sadly had to leave our wonderful spot in Mexico. They were very courteous and on time and communication was very easy using whatsapp. Very reasonable, for $163 round-trip for two people for a private van to and from Cancun airport to Tulum. 10/10 would recommend

The reservation was smith and very easy to make. Confirmation was quick.
P. S. Thus is my third time I use this company and they are great.

Excellent experience, everything was perfect, very clean and a nice chofer

Excellent!
Most competitive price, arrived to pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. Spacious and completely private van. Very patient driver despite experiencing a ~3hrs drive due to rain and flooding. Will surely contact them for any future trips.

This was my 3rd time I uses the services with this company and is going to be the last ,
Because of the driver you sent he was rude and so unprofessional.
You know there’s more companies out there.

Excelente servicio. Gracias :)

I booked a reservation. When I arrived they weren't there. The manager said they would return my money and after two emails they still refuse.

When we arrive it was hard to find a representative from Etransfers plus we wait like 1/2 he waiting for our transportation in top at that the driver hes name was DANIEL he was in one of those days that you dont wantcto be a work very unhappy person not eve a word he said in a 50 minutes ride
When we get pick up from the hotel to the airport the driver the name JOSE where difference very placer guy ask if we have to stop for anything all the ride was very talking guys the ride feel like 10 minutes in sometimes I want vf to said shut up. Lol just kidding he was on time and very polite guy that's the kind of drivers the company should be hiring all the time

Fueron muy amables con la reservación, puntuales y con buena actitud. Sin duda utilizaría nuevamente sus servicios en nuestra siguiente visita

Well organised website, easy booking, great customer service, Due to current conditions, l had to change pickup times twice. Seamless process, everything done in a courteous and professional manner. Clean and tidy vehicle, good driver. I would give 6 stars if allowed.

Driver was ok, but vehicle was stained inside. Also someone rear ended the vehicle, wife and I are ok but our necks were a little stiff the next day

Great transport service with prompt and accurate communication! We ordered private transfer and vehicle(SUV) to resort was pretty nice but the pick up vehicle(SUV) to airport was too dated. This vehicle really needed some work, could see lots of the service lights lit up. I’m sure that’s only one of many vehicles but will definitely use again!!!

Excelente servicio de etransfers una gran opción. Muchas gracias

I have been trying to receive a refund for about a week now and have still not heard back even though on their website it states I should be entitled to a full refund.

Definitely recommend using for transportation. They got us to our destination safe and sound.
