The order shows as deliver but it has no tracking and no way to verify. Item never showed. Multiple e-mails inquiries were never answered. I had to pull the money back through my credit card. Either horribly incompetent or is a straight scam.

This company is a scam. Never buy from them EVER. In addition, after making a purchase with them, my credit card was fraudulently charged. I never received my order.

I placed an order on eteelife.com and paid for it, but I never received the product.
After completing the payment, I either did not receive proper tracking information or the tracking never showed real delivery progress. I tried to contact their customer support multiple times, but I did not receive a clear or helpful response.
This experience made me feel that the website is unreliable and possibly misleading customers. I am very disappointed and would not recommend purchasing from this site.
I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers to be cautious before ordering from eteelife.

Scam website – avoid at all costs.
I ordered a “Custom Floating Bookshelf Driftwood Tree Branch Wall Mount” from this website on November 18, 2025 (Order ID MNP40492) and paid CA$44.25.
The order has been stuck on “Awaiting shipment” for weeks and nothing was ever shipped.and then I received a fake email that said my order delivered but it was fake tracking number
I emailed them multiple times, and they never replied at all —.
No refund. No customer service. Absolutely no communication.
This website took my money and delivered nothing.
Shortly after this purchase, my credit card was compromised as well, which makes the whole situation even more suspicious.
Moi non plus j'ai pas acheté mais ça parait 100 % arnaque parce que c'est impossible d'avoir quelque chose de ce genre à ce prix-là attention il y en a de plus en plus des sites frauduleux qui vous roulent dans la farine

34 euros pour une bibliothèque en forme d'arbre, créé à partir de bois flotté, d'une dimension de 2m13 sur 1m80 environs. Ils mettent en avant le travail artisanal, la sélection rigoureuse du bois, la capacité de charge et la facilité d'installation...
J'ai pas acheté, mais 34 euro (même en solde !) pour une bibliothèque aussi "qualitative", c'est bizarre.
