Mein Paket kam nie an obwohl behauptet wird es sei angekommen. Ich habe auch nie eine Versandinformation bekommen.

If I can put 0, I will. Never received my package. The tracking is a big 0. It said that the package was delivered. Never received. The customer’s Line told me to Watch around. I asked for the name of the carrier. They told me it was Canada post. The tracking said it was delivered on sunday. Canada post doesn’t deliviring on we!!! I asked for a refund. They proposed me 10% refund or If I can prove my loss, a refund. How can I prove my loss if I don’t have the right info?

Habe ein Baumregal bestellt - 50 Euro bezahlt und es kam nie an - das Shipping wurde zwar immer aktualisiert, aber die Lieferung hat nie stattgefunden!!!

The product shows delivered on website, no product recieved. Tracking number shows invalid. Several attempts made to contact merchant via email ( no phone number), no answer recvd. I disputed the transaction with my bank and hope to get money back.

would give them----0 paid for a product never received , they said it was deliverd, it was not ,and gave a tracking number and order number that did not exist.

Könnte ich 0 Sterne vergeben würde ich es tun. Ich denke die Firma existiert nicht einmal, zumindest stellen sie sich seit Wochen tot. Bloß nicht zu bestellen ist leider das Einzige was ich raten kann.

This company is a scam. You will never get your order and they will tell you it’s been delivered and it’s a problem with your delivery. If you have already ordered from them get a charge back from your credit card

I was scammed; they didn't deliver the product, they sent me a different product instead.

I made an order last October and it was never delivered. At the end of February they replied that the package has been delivered in November and I should check in the vicinity of my home (2,5 months later :-) ).

This company is a scam. You will never recive your order, but your creditcard will be charged. Suddenly the company disappears and now I found it under a new name. Same products ( pictures are AI by the way) same prices, same everything, but new name !

I believe Casalamy is a scam company. I placed an order with Casalamy in November and my credit card was charged for the items. I was given a tracking number to follow the path of my items. I received a notice that my items had arrived at my house, but they had not. My neighbors were asked if perhaps my order had been miss delivered, but none of them had received it. I called the Casalamy phone number and it had been disconnected. I sent several emails to the company customer service but never heard back. I had checked the online reviews and saw some good reviews before placing the order, but later found really bad reviews saying the company was a scam. I now believe those. (Their website was so impressive when I placed the order.) I called my bank to dispute the charge and was told that that was definitely a company that should not be trusted. Buyer be ware!
