De La, commande à livraison, aucun problème et tout a été rapide. De plus tout était super bien emballé et bien protégé.

If you’re considering ordering from…
If you’re considering ordering from them because of the 2 free samples, don’t bother. It’s a lie to get you to buy from them, they don’t send the complimentary samples out anymore BUT they gladly still advertise that on their website. Add to that the questionable origin of their name (colonialism anyone?) and I am thoroughly done with this perfume house.

Les odeurs sont envoûtantes et c’est ce qui rend particulier ces parfums.
C’est très utile de pouvoir commander les échantillons, cela permet de les tester au préalable.
Par contre j’avais commandé un emballage vide…?je ne l’ai pas recu!!!

The packaging and perfume were impeccable and wonderful. I had to write a lot of letters about the tracking number of the parcel, which for some reason did not exist. I had to wait a very long time for a small parcel, several months. The perfume is wonderful, the communication is good, but the order delivery is poor

J’ai commandé des échantillons du parfum Frustration … Envoi rapide et ces échantillons me donnent la possibilité de découvrir ce parfum et d’en utiliser à un petit prix car le flacon est vraiment très cher ..

I placed an order for a discovery set…
I placed an order for a discovery set on Sunday 6th October with express shipping for an extra £10.68.
On 10th October the item had not been dispatched so I contacted customer service who informed me the item had been out of stock but was back and would be shipped today or tomorrow. I find it misleading to be able to order something that wasn't in stock with no warning. Unfortunately my item had still not shipped so I contacted customer service again. They offered to send another discovery set with a faster courier which I agreed to. I have since discovered the second order was made with standard shipping not express. As of 24th October I am still awaiting dispatch and have instead requested a refund.
I am an avid collector of fragrances and was very much hoping to add some Etat Libre d'Orange to my collection but this experience has been incredibly off-putting. This seems to have happened with other reviewers, the company should look into their shipping policy and amend accordingly to avoid disappointment.
