Hubo un pequeño error con el envío y me llegaron unas muestras equivocadas. Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente para avisarles y la respuesta fue inmejorable: no solo me han mandado las muestras que realmente había solicitado, sino que todo ha sido sin ningún coste adicional. Da gusto comprar en marcas que responden así de bien ante cualquier imprevisto. Repetiré seguro!

Ghost in the shell é outro nível! Não sei como é a fixação dele nas outras pessoas, mas em mim o cheiro fica impregnado! É o melhor cheirinho pós banho do mundo! A vontade que dá é de sair borrifando ele por todo o canto! Amei a minha compra!

Die Produkte sind eigentlich super aber den Kundenservice kann man vergessen.
Bei meiner 74€ (!) Duftkerze passt der Deckel nicht aufs Glas wegen eines Produktionsfehlers. Der Kundenservice hat mir nur immer wieder erklärt, was das Problem ist. Es wurde nichtmal ein kleiner Rabatt auf die nächste Bestellung Angeboten.
Update: heute 19.08.26 habe ich eine Mail mit einem 10% Rabattcode erhalten. Inwiefern das mit dieser Bewertung zusammenhängt weiß ich natürlich nicht. Hat aber in jedem Fall 2 Wochen gedauert.

Tout est parfait.
La préparation de la commande prend quelques jours, mais quand l'envoi est déclenché, la réception est très rapide. J'ai passé 4 commandes et toujours une entière satisfaction.

I've been trying for a week now to order a perfume. I tried to apply the discount code, but it doesn't work. I also tried to chat (why do you have a chat if you never answer?) and was answered randomly after 6-7 hours. It's very simple, I just want to apply the discount code and complete the order. How can I trust you when even the simplest things are not solved?

Good qulity and service
I'm not very into niche parfumere ( I used to be), so one of my first expirience was with ELDO parfumes. I adre all 5 parfumes I took samples for and eventtually fell for Ghost in the Shell. What I can day - I'm very impressed by company approach - the packaging, delivery, the purchase programs where i can use compensations for the samples. Only good expirience.

Profumo sublime
La spedizione non è stata veloce e ho dovuto scrivere per chiedere aggiornamenti, ma la risposta è stata rapidissima e utile. I campioni di profumo che ho acquistato sono di altissima qualità, confezionati in modo molto elegante, e appena potrò permettermelo, acquisterò Experimentum Crucis: sublime.

Une magnifique expérience olfactive…
Une magnifique expérience olfactive avec le discovery set. Des parfums très beaux, parfois très complexes, parfois plus simples mais toujours très intéressants et surtout agréables à sentir. Ils sont vraiment variés, mais le point commun entre tous est qu'ils nous font vraiment ressentir quelque chose... et c'est ce que j'adore en parfumerie de niche. BRAVO !
