Negative experience with suspended service and missing refunds
I used this company’s services for three months after paying $2,000 for onboarding. Initially, the service worked correctly, but later the payment processor they provided stopped working due to the company’s internal issues.
From that point on, I only received promises of service reactivation that were never kept. The company failed to restore the paid service and withheld approximately $8,000 worth of orders without providing valid explanations or alternative solutions.
Despite my attempts to resolve the situation through direct communications, the company did not follow through on their commitments. I had to involve the relevant authorities to protect my rights as a customer.
The lack of transparency and inadequacy in handling technical problems severely compromised my professional experience. I do not recommend this company based on my direct experience.

We’re posting this EspertoPay review as a warning to others considering working with EspertoPay — based on our experience, we have every reason to believe this is a scam.
Here’s our story:
We paid 2,000 USDT as an upfront integration/setup fee to EspertoPay. Communication was smooth at the beginning, and we were told that settlement would follow a T+7 schedule (standard). We started processing transactions right after, expecting to see test payouts as part of the flow.
Critically, no one from EspertoPay mentioned any minimum volume requirement before we started. Only after we had already processed several thousand dollars did they suddenly bring up a “10,000 USD minimum” for settlements. This felt shady, but we decided to keep going in good faith.
Once we crossed the 10k mark (we processed a total of 12,117 USD in deposits), we asked for settlement again. Nothing happened. We followed up multiple times. No payouts were ever made.
As it stands:
- They took 2,000 USDT as a “setup fee”
- They processed over 12,000 USD in customer deposits
- We received nothing in return
- Total money held: over 14,000 USD

We informed them this was a test run, clearly stating that we needed to see the complete flow, including settlements, before scaling up. They ignored this and stopped responding when we started pushing for the money.

If you compare the tactics, response style, and even UI patterns, it looks like the same team is operating across multiple names. This is a textbook scam pattern — collect setup fees, take in deposits, delay settlements with fake thresholds, then vanish.
