The worse company that you can deal with,
Not reliable,
Your money is not secured they are keeping my money ( 6 transactions )since almost two months now,
No answer to emails they do whatever they know.
Not professional. I wouldn’t recommand.
And since February till now still not fixed.

I am very satisfied with this payment gateway. I work with ccavenue since 5 years and till I don't get single complaint against ccavenue. Very honest customer care. And totally AI opration is very good 👍. I aks to everyone if you frustrated with any payment gateway just try with ccavenue.

Most prominent player in fintech industry is ccavenue.
I am using ccavenue from last 3 years. And i can say indias top trusted and oldest, fastest with superb technology gateway is ccavenue.
I am really very happy to use ccavenue.
I have electronic meterial store in surat and vapi mosty i get payment online but until i never face any problem by ccavenue.
Ccavenue is real business app.

Very worse service.

i have been following them past 30 days. but no response from them. till day i am fight with them to get my payment. Also, customer care support no one pick my call.

I integrated my LMS into CCAvenue and when I asked them when will the amount be deposited into the bank account, they asked me for invoices.

I shared the invoices with the reference number and they weren't "SATISFIED".

I had to send the invoices of people which contained their secure information and I had no other choice.

They send you automated replies and you can't figure out what they actually need.

Pathetic service. I would give them a -10 rating if I had the choice.

PS: It's been about 10 days and they've not deposited the amount yet. They are obsessed with their automated replies and not with the quality of their service.

third class sevice dont use cc avenue

this company is a scam i will go consumer cort agains him he is no 1 scammer he scam my payment . i received payment from my client in my site payment was received but settelment date come then they did not settle my money i was tryed to reach him he say give me your invoice copy and product delivery screanshot after giving him they did not response and did not settle my money stay away from him that is my experiance

This company runs an organised racket of scam. They have many policies in place to usurp money.
I used their payment gateway to collect payments which they usurped. They are just using delaying tactics for past one month. I must have made upwards off 50 phone calls and same number of emails. My customers have also done that but no use. I suggest everyone to stay away from this company.

I have never experienced such bad quality of service , i have tried to contact their representatives multiple times, but none of their numbers are reachable, they do not reply to emails. there wasn't any other option on go daddy otherwise I would have never opted for this. I still do not have my login credentials and they are not able to do anything. They themselves don't coordinate with their customer grievance teams and the whole functioning is just crap.

This is the worst payment gateway ever. The worsttttt…🙏🙏🙏. I tried making payment atleast 20 times and the issue never got resolved. I am in some urgency to make the payment but because of this outstanding payment gateway I am not able to make it on time. Thank you so much🙏

I had purchased a study material from a site throught this gateway, and I lost the money

Fraud Company. Stay Away from CCAvenue. They take monies and never deposits to the other party.
An FIR for fraud should be lodged against this company.

DESCRIPTION:
I PAID FOR UK VISA PRIORITY TO VFS GLOBAL VIA CCAVENUE TWICE AND BOTH THE TRANSACTIONS SHOW ORDER IS AWAITED WHILE THE MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.

DESIRABLE SOLUTION:
PROCESS THE ONE TRANSACTION THROUGH AND REFUND ME THE MONEY FOR THE SECOND TRANSACTION IMMEDIATELY.

I made a payment with my European Master Card to an Indian merchant and they marked the payment as high risk, consequently, they refused to transfer my payment to the merchant. What part of Europe would you really consider to be high risk? India is a high risk country instead!

ccavenue hold my money. i paid through ccavenue, the amount deducted from bank, but order not completed. no response from ccavenue. no support from them.

I would have given them 0 rating if there would have been an option.

I contacted one of the agent name Karan from sales team all the information was given to us was a total lie.
i requested for international payment gateway and i was given 2 option one was with a regular charge of around 5000 INR and other privilege package was of 35,000 INR in which i get account setup with 15 days However they took almost 40 days to setup account and before paying i clarified how our business works and then they offered the the 3d secure payment gateway and ended up saying that all the card users will receive OTP on their registered mobile number. However instead of OTP it always ended up asking the security questions which our customers ended up setting while activating their net banking and definitely no customers will share those answers because of which we did loose so many sales and half of the payment used to get decline because of not authorised payment as CC Avenue is an unknown gateway in united states.

Later on we did receive one of the dispute from our customers and cc avenue ended up asking us for the id proof of the card users. First of all they clearly informed us while using 3D payment gateways we never receive any dispute which was a another lie.

Then they ended up saying we did receive 5 more dispute which was a another lie as we spoke to our customers and they said they did not file any dispute and when we shared the same info with the CC Avenue team they responded as we being fraud because the IP Traces says we are in Uttrakhand . I don't know how come as we work in Gurgaon and it is a 5 years old organisation and they refunded all the amount we ever earned and charged through their gateway.

From the beginning all they did is to lie. Such a pathetic company and Fraudster company i have ever come across.

I will never ever suggest anyone to use their services and i am filing a complaint to Better Business Bureau as well.
