I purchased two EShine LED dimmable under cabinet lights six months ago. One of the lights failed. The EShine support folks were very helpful and very responsive in troubleshooting the issue. Once it was determined to be a light failure, they immediately sent me a replacement light. Amazing customer service. I would recommend EShine products to anyone.

Product was easy to install and equipment is attractive and well designed.

The support service tech was extremely helpful and was very quick in assessing the issue and placing a replacement device. Very polite and helpful, and I will have no issues referring the company to friends and family as the products are fantastic.

We needed a replacement item and started a chat online with the agent named Paul. Paul was super helpful and resolved our issue. I can't help but rate the experience as superb! The product is a EShine Rechargeable LED Light with Hand Wave Activation. It is a GREAT product and the customer service from Paul/EShine was outstanding!

This is a really nice product. Customer service was extremely helpful and provided links to specific items I needed. The lights are bright.

I replaced halogen under counter lights that I have had for years. They put out lots of heat, and the bulbs were always burning out and difficult to replace. I had to move stuff off of the counter, lie on my back on the counter, wear latex gloves to avoid getting skin oil on the bulbs to replace them. Replacements were $7.99 for a package of two, and I have spent hundreds of dollars on them over the years.

I don't endorse much but I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

EShine's response from Paul was back to me before the ink had a chance to dry on my original email !!!!
He had the situation remedied in less than 24 hours at no cost to me, as well...
The light system has worked flawlessly for some time and as all electronics do, one part retired itself and had to be replaced... I will recommend them and purchase from them for myself again...
Customer service like this is so hard to find these days and I am blown away by Paul and EShine...

Amazingly fast, professional customer service!! I love my EShine under-cabinet lights, but was experiencing an issue with one of them coming detached from my cabinet (all the others are fine). After a short conversation, EShine assessed the problem and is sending out a replacement part at no charge to me! I couldn't be happier with EShine!!

Great support from Eshine. The sensor on one of my undercounter LED lights failed after about 6 months, however, my other lights are working fine after many more months. Eshine quickly replaced the light, they were easy to contact and very responsive. Will definitely continue to purchase their products.

I have really enjoyed my under cabinet lighting for the last year! It was easy to install and has added a huge boost to my kitchen. I recently had an issue with the lights turning off for an unknown reason, and their support team helped me determine the problem and sent me a replacement item under warranty within just a few days. They were very nice to work with, and I would definitely recommend the product to anyone.

I purchased EShine under cabinet lighting. When the final configuration was complete longer connecting wires were needed. Just as soon as I placed my order directly with EShine I realized I needed another item and emailed
EShine. Customer service response was amazingly quick, they verified what I needed and got our project back on track within an hour. Awesome service.

When I moved between apartments I lost adhesive metal strips for LED lights. Imagine my surprise when I got a replacement after talking to support! Superb customer experience.

I received an order for a 3 light undercounter puck kit and installed it and found the hand wave sensor did not work. I conducted a chat and Eshine immediately arranged to send a replacement. The lights work fine without the hand wave dimmer and are easy to install. Customer service by Amelia was very good!

I love their products. I bought some of their light strips one year ago and everything was easy to install and still working today. I think the website is very easy to use and all the products are there at the same website. You don't have to worry about not finding an accessory for the light strips themselves or items that don't work together. Everything is right there.

Amelia was so nice and professional. She took care if my issue within a day of me reaching out to your firm.

Fast, efficient and prompt service

Our 10-inch battery powered light stopped working reliably after two years of good service. Once they verified our original purchase and the problem, EShine sent us a new replacement.

EShine's customer support is fantastic. I needed additional mounting strips, and although they don't sell them separately, Amelia from EShine's customer service team graciously provided complimentary mounting strip. They were also very prompt in responding to my requests and follow-up messages. I recommend them.

Trying to select some under cabinet LED lighting I eventually got to Eshine's web site since they seemed to have the most suitable selection for us.
While I could learn a good deal about sizes available, I was CONSTANTLY DISTRACTED by the chat help window and pop ups informing me about people who'd just bought a light. Frankly, I could care less about someone's purchase in Schaumburg, IL! And with a question to ask, I tried the ever present chat window. This function needs work: I was permitted to enter in my question BEFORE informing who I was, but immediately asked for name, phone, and email and while filling this out, the chat froze. and wold no longer take any text! Had to close the entire eshine page to restart. A second attempt went nominally better, but was very clumsy.
Decided to try email instead and ended up pleased: it's the same person (Paul) responding and the was knowledgeable, providing the answers I needed. And VERY quickly--much more so than any other email customer support email contact I've tried.
So, rapid response + knowledge (Paul) won the business (as soon as my contractor gives the go ahead.)

Great online service and love the products. They offer numerous options for undercounter lighting and I was able to design my system and use their products. Products are of high quality and they get orders out very fast. There on line chat help is done as they respond immediately and work hard to solve any problems. Highly recommend this company.

Amelia was great. She was patient and answered all of my questions until I was ready to place my order.
