I purchased four of them, one then two more and then a third, when they work they are great, the last one I got was defective, the company is not responsive at all, nothing. They claim there is a warranty but that is not true because you can't communicate with anyone to get the help you need. If you like to gamble go for it, I had 75% success, I won't buy anything from this Co.

I have been trying to reach your company by phone and email. No respond I bought a Farmhouse Ceiling fan but when I put the fan on it goes backward for a couple of seconds then it goes the other way. What is causing this problem

I've been thoroughly pleased with the products offered by this company overall. Recently, I encountered a minor technical issue, but the outstanding customer service, particularly from Paul, truly stood out. Paul guided me through a simple process—he asked for a brief video detailing the problem. After a swift review, he promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent my way. In essence, their customer service exceeded my expectations. In today's landscape, experiencing such a high level of service is genuinely refreshing.

I struggled at first to install the undercabinet lights on my own, but I eventually made it happen and I am super happy with the outcome. The installation success of my unique installation situation was only possible because of the steadfast help I received from EShine's Customer Service. They were very quick and detailed in responding to my questions along the way. Seeing how responsive and dedicated they were after the sale is what makes me give them a five-star review.

I had a faulty unit and Amelia asked me to test it by plugging them in a different way. Unfortunately I accidentally broke my power supply cable during the process, but Amelia was quick to send me a replacement unit. Very considerate and helpful!

I have an EShine undercounter LED light that stopped working. I bought them through Amazon in September 2022. I emailed eShine and they walked me through several fixes which didn't work. I received the replacement LED bar and the light works just like it’s supposed to. EShine was quick in their attention to my issue. I have had instances where, because I bought the item through Amazon and not directly from a company, they won’t provide any warranty or deal with the problem. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to fix the problem. EShine really stands behind their products!

I had a problem with a light bar going bad. Amelia in Customer Service was knowledgeable, professional and super helpful. She arranged for a replacement with no hassles or delay. Great responsiveness and service.

Great product. works great after realizing that installing the first sensor light, must be attached exactly as the picture states. My wife thinks I am a hero now, so I am installing more lights under the rest of the cabinets.

wow a company that actually lives up to its warranty, it was a pleasure dealing with Amelia. now I hope that my light continues to work. I an happy with it but it quit working after 7 months but this company takes care of its customers.

Products were very easy to set up and use and the website made it a simple process to put together a custom package needed to light a china display case. Customer support was also very helpful when I needed some assistance.

Some under cabinet light LEDs were failing, prior to 3 years. A very helpful lady made getting replacements quick and easy. I will continue to use their products and plan to spread their good name around.

I installed the eshine lighting system in my kitchen and unfortunately had a defective sensor bar. I emailed eshine support and got a response within a very few hours. They asked for my Amazon order number and address to verify my purchase and a photo of the instalation location to verify that the install location was as directed and once recieved IMMEDIATELY sent me a new sensor bar to rectify the issue. The bar arrived within 24 hours to my mailbox by USPS. This is the most impressive product support that I have ever experienced. I had the pleasure of dealing with a support representative named Amelia. She was extremely courteous and efficient. Very impressive. The lighting is functioning perfectly as advertised.

First let me say, I love the motion sensing, rechargeable, under cabinet lights I received from eShine. They are perfect for my newly renovated closet. I ordered 8 of these lights, but unfortunately, 2 of them did not take a charge. I started a chat session with them on their website, I answered a couple questions, and they determined that I received a couple of faulty lights. They immediately said I would receive a couple of new lights and didn't require me to hassle with sending the faulty lights back to them. Very easy, very fast, no hassle customer service!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the 2 non-working lights. Perhaps the quality control could be a little better. But, I will be back to order more lights if I need them.

I had some LED light bars failing. Because I was within the warranty period I contacted Paul at EShine via chat. I gave him my order number and photos of the defective products. He is mailing me replacement lights bars that should be arriving in about 4 days. Great service.
